Guest UserThis hotel far exceeded our expectations! We came for a two-day, one-night trip with our child and parents, and it was a convenient 1.5-hour drive from downtown Changzhou. Our hotel butler, Xiao Lei, was incredibly professional and provided excellent service, responding instantly to all our requests. The entire experience was much better than other similarly positioned hotels in Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai. All the other staff members were also very polite, friendly, and professional; you could tell they were very well trained. I've already recommended it to my relatives. Plus, the restaurant food was delicious! It was perfect to enjoy great meals without leaving the hotel, especially with the hot summer weather. We'll definitely be back!

The environment is more beautiful, there is a balcony with a view, and the scenery outside the window in the morning is still refreshing. The facilities are slightly lacking, the air conditioner is a bit uncooled, the little sister at the front desk directly hugs an electric fan, the service attitude is very good, it is worthy of praise. But we finally asked to change the room, and the overall feeling was still good...

Our recent stay was truly exceptional, and a large part of that was due to the outstanding service provided by Song Likun, our host. From the moment we arrived, Song went above and beyond to ensure that every detail of our stay was perfect.
Their warm and professional demeanor made us feel welcome and valued throughout our visit. Song's attention to detail was remarkable, as they anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. Whether it was arranging special requests or providing insightful recommendations, Song's dedication to guest satisfaction was unparalleled.
What stood out the most was their genuine hospitality and the personal touches they added to our experience. It’s rare to encounter someone who takes such pride in their role, and Song is truly a credit to their team.
We wholeheartedly recommend staying here and will certainly return, thanks in large part to the exceptional service from Song Likun.

Guest User⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Full score recommendation | Pillow Tianmu Lake Mountain Light, Qihui style Yazhu, Fuyang Anyue live up to the landscape
During the holiday, take your daughter Xiangyang, choose Anyue to stay for a few days, and know what a hidden luxury holiday in Jiangnan should look like. The hotel sits on two hundred and eighty acres of private landscapes, one kilometer of the native lake shore is surrounded by bamboo sea, white walls and tiles inherit the ancient architectural style of Huizhou style, old wood carvings, horse head patios are full of Chinese elegance, the trendy geometric lobby is blended with the quaint courtyard, one step at a time is freehand, away from the city. All eyes are Qingfeng Lake Mountain.
Staying in the lake view room, the starting space of 50 square meters is open and elegant, the log soft decoration is warm and simple, and the panoramic floor-to-ceiling glass window frame lives in the distant mountains and Pinghu. The mist in the morning overflows the lake, and the sunset in the evening is spread with the gold sprinkling waves. There are occasional black swans leisurely strolling on the lakeside. Sitting on the terrace, the bamboo wind brings the fragrance of grass and trees into the room. The room equipment is full of care, Dyson, L'Occitane, Hansgrohe all configuration, Harman Carton music is haunted, intelligent customer control is convenient and comfortable, the turndown is accompanied by warm and sweet soup, and the warmth is hidden between the drops of service.
Linhu Yueshan Restaurant has a great view, the signature Tianmu Lake fish head is slow, the soup color milk white fresh alcohol, and the local specialties of Xiangyang are authentic. In your free time, you can go to the forest hot springs, soak in the soup and stargazing in the pool hidden by green bamboo, or stroll in the tea garden, punch in the infinity pool near the lake, and have a lot of fun. The staff is warm and courteous, the service is intimate and the proportion is just right.
Living between the mountains and rivers, lying listening to the sound of bamboo waves lake, Anyue with ingenuity to build elegant houses, blending nature and luxury, is a rare refuge from the world on the shore of Tianmu Lake, and will meet the mountains and rivers in the south of the Yangtze River again in the future, still the first choice Anyue.

Guest UserWe booked a private family room, and the housekeeper, Ms. Zhou, checked us in and took us to the guest room. The room has a large bed and a small bed. The bathing pool is in the yard. If you need to soak in the hot spring, just tell Ms. Zhou and she will happily come over and help fill the hot spring water. She is a very nice person. I really like her. No. I had to go to the public hot springs to soak with others, it was very comfortable. I also went to Nanshan Bamboo Sea. The air was very good. I had a very good accommodation experience this time. I will go there often in the future!

The room was spacious and even had a small balcony. The facilities were a bit dated, and there was a slight leak under the sink. It was convenient to access the hot springs from the hotel, and we could even wear the hot spring loungewear back to the room, which was a thoughtful touch since our bathrobes were already wet. However, the auntie at the fruit counter in the hot spring's second-floor lounge area had a very bad attitude. Also, when I asked a waitress at the restaurant entrance about the heartwarming congee, she had no idea and I had to point to the sign for her. There's a serious lack of training there. On the bright side, the breakfast area was right next to the kids' play area, so adults could take turns eating while the kids played, which was great. The butler service was very attentive; they even reminded us daily not to miss breakfast and were very knowledgeable about attractions, which was very helpful. I especially want to praise the heartwarming congee served after the hot springs. It was made with freshly picked shepherd's purse from spring, which was incredibly comforting for a light hunger after a soak.

Daisy LeeMy friends and I chose to visit Liyang during the Dragon Boat Festival. The hotel is relatively new, and the staff are quite enthusiastic. However,
Regarding the 'complimentary room upgrade for consecutive stays (subject to availability)': We didn't receive it. They said the twin room we booked was already the best available.
Another point is that a cleaning lady knocked on our door at 9 AM and, after no response, directly swiped her card to enter. This area needs further training. Also, when we returned to the room later, the bed and pillows hadn't been tidied up.

My family went on a trip during the Spring Festival. The hotel provided great service during the festival. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The underground parking lot was spacious and the breakfast was rich in variety. Fruits were given away every day. When seeing relatives visiting, the waiter even gave us mineral water. Thumbs up!

There was a surprise when I stayed at Kaiyuan for the first time. When I checked in, the front desk thoughtfully upgraded us to the duplex parent-child room on the 3rd floor of the villa for free. Both adults and children were very satisfied. The children had a lot of fun in the parent-child room upstairs. After the rain, we took a walk in the hotel's 100-acre tea garden and the sparkling Swan Lake. An unexpected surprise happened again. Three ducklings chased us and played all the way. The children couldn't bear to part with them and clamored to take them home. Before leaving, the children reluctantly said they wanted to stay for another day, but they had to go to school and could only come next time!

They upgraded our room for free, and it was a pleasant surprise – spacious and clean. Since we had an extra person, they also gave us complimentary breakfast. The staff were all very friendly and patient, even though it was a busy National Day holiday. They were incredibly nice. There's also an outdoor swimming pool, BBQ area, and hot springs. Unfortunately, we missed the bonfire party because the kids needed to sleep, but they had a blast at the bubble play area! I'm not a shill; this is my honest review. It's a hotel much better than I expected, truly a thumbs up! 👍
