The hotel is located in beautiful Liyang, surrounded by mountains and rivers. It has a unique artistic conception, which I like. When I first arrived, the hotel staff greeted me very warmly and even upgraded me to a room type! Thanks to the front desk for upgrading the room. However, the room on the roadside plus the hotel interior is under maintenance. The balcony door is really soundproof. Thanks to the housekeeper for changing the room for us. For the high sleep requirements, especially with children, this problem of poor sound insulation is recommended that the hotel try to adjust it. I took the child to eat the complimentary Fuyang banquet when I was not happy to go out at night, and I had nothing to do to fill my stomach. There may be not many people living on Monday morning, and the breakfast is very ordinary for this price, and there are not many choices. In addition, the indoor children's playground is also hard, it is recommended to put on soft floor mats. There is still a taste of new decoration in the room. There are too many parent-child hotels on the market now. Overall, the investment is so big, the hardware is really in place, but the price is not high in combination with all aspects of the software!

GGuest UserIt is said to be the first five-star international brand hotel in Liyang area. The location is not good. It is between the city center and Tianmu Lake. However, Liyang is not big. If you drive by yourself, it only takes about ten minutes to go to the city center and Tianmu Lake. It is convenient. The hotel hardware is good, the parent-child room booked is very large, and the two 1.5-meter beds are very good. The front office service is very good. As soon as we entered the door, the lobby manager greeted us and asked us where we booked the room, and took us all the way to the front desk for check-in. But after two days, there are some shortcomings, but I can't complain. The first is the swimming pool, which was actually outsourced. There were many outsiders inside, and the whole locker room smelled bad. The surroundings of the swimming pool were also messy and disorderly, completely inconsistent with the positioning and level of the hotel itself, so I didn't dare to go into the water, and the children went back to the room after playing in the swimming pool for about ten minutes. Second, the service staff in the restaurant are all old aunts, and their attitude really needs to be improved. A guest was complained by the waiter because he didn't know that he didn't use a special spoon to serve purple rice. The two sides had a little bickering, which surprised me. In many hotels, this is the first time that a waiter complains to a customer face to face. In the end, I called the room service and asked for two garbage bags for children's toothbrush. The uncles and aunts were still talking at 10:50 pm. The sound insulation was not good, and the experience was directly negative! 🍉Welcome gift was a big failure: I used points to exchange for ”Welcome Fruit Yogurt”, but I got a small tomato (one of which was rotten) + 2 cans of 100g Mengniu yogurt... Let's say that the points were exchanged for loneliness😓 💧The most confusing operation: The child needs warm water to make milk powder, and there are only 2 bottles of free mineral water in the room.
