MM773074****This is a fantastic hotel with a beautiful setting and a very stylish design. I loved it. The room was clean and spacious, just the style I love. There was even a small gift in the room: a cute wooden bunny. The service was also very attentive. When we went out for dinner, the waiter even offered to take us to the restaurant in their own car. It truly felt like home and warm. Finally, I have to emphasize that the breakfast was absolutely delicious. The wonton soup was made with fresh fish broth and was incredibly delicious. I also tried all the noodles and Western dim sum dishes, and they were all delicious. I heard they're opening a new location in Beijing, so I'm looking forward to it.

Yying4101During the Spring Festival of the Year of the Dragon, Hoti found a very private and small hotel to vacation in. I didn’t want to be disturbed and just wanted to enjoy the scenery quietly. The hotel is located in beautiful Liyang, surrounded by mountains and rivers. It has a unique artistic conception, which I like. When I first arrived, the hotel staff greeted me very warmly and even upgraded me to a room type! The housekeepers Shi Feng and Xiao Ping were very considerate and provided attentive and meticulous service, making me feel at home~ Since the hotel is still in a relatively new stage, there is still room for improvement - looking forward to better development!

GGuest UserWe booked a private family room, and the housekeeper, Ms. Zhou, checked us in and took us to the guest room. The room has a large bed and a small bed. The bathing pool is in the yard. If you need to soak in the hot spring, just tell Ms. Zhou and she will happily come over and help fill the hot spring water. She is a very nice person. I really like her. No. I had to go to the public hot springs to soak with others, it was very comfortable. I also went to Nanshan Bamboo Sea. The air was very good. I had a very good accommodation experience this time. The underground parking lot was spacious and the breakfast was rich in variety. Fruits were given away every day. When seeing relatives visiting, the waiter even gave us mineral water. Thumbs up!

AAnonymous UserIt is a hotel at the entrance of the village. The hardware facilities and equipment are very good in all aspects, but the software is really unable to keep up. Thanks to the front desk for upgrading the room. However, the room on the roadside plus the hotel interior is under maintenance. The balcony door is really soundproof. Thanks to the housekeeper for changing the room for us. For the high sleep requirements, especially with children, this problem of poor sound insulation is recommended that the hotel try to adjust it. I took the child to eat the complimentary Fuyang banquet when I was not happy to go out at night, and I had nothing to do to fill my stomach. There may be not many people living on Monday morning, and the breakfast is very ordinary for this price, and there are not many choices. In addition, the indoor children's playground is also hard, it is recommended to put on soft floor mats. There is still a taste of new decoration in the room. There are too many parent-child hotels on the market now. Overall, the investment is so big, the hardware is really in place, but the price is not high in combination with all aspects of the software!

GGuest User🛏️About the room: Booked a twin room, but the hotel only has 3 floors?! We were arranged on the 2nd floor facing the parking lot. As soon as the window was opened, there were cars coming and going. It was stuffy when the curtains were drawn. The sense of privacy was directly reduced to zero😅I wanted to change rooms but was told that ”all rooms are like this”. I couldn't bring two kids with me and had to make do with it... 🎙️Late-night horror moment: I never expected to run into ”classmates' reunion and team building for old uncles and aunts who graduated 20 or 30 years ago”! The uncles and aunts were still talking at 10:50 pm. The sound insulation was not good, and the experience was directly negative! 🍉Welcome gift was a big failure: I used points to exchange for ”Welcome Fruit Yogurt”, but I got a small tomato (one of which was rotten) + 2 cans of 100g Mengniu yogurt... Let's say that the points were exchanged for loneliness😓 💧The most confusing operation: The child needs warm water to make milk powder, and there are only 2 bottles of free mineral water in the room. I asked the housekeeper for 2 more bottles, but he said ”refills are charged”? ? ? The layout is too small🤦♀️ 🍳 Big disappointment in breakfast: It is advertised as ”rich buffet”, but in fact, children over 120cm are charged 68 yuan, but looking at it: biscuits, twisted dough sticks, three kinds of white porridge... hot dishes are like lettuce and cauliflower, with few choices and low value for money!
