It was a stay that exceeded my expectations. I discovered this holiday destination that is worth experiencing more. We drove to the hotel entrance at the foot of the mountain, took the shuttle bus and meandered up the mountain road. I realized that they had an entire exclusive mountain view park [cover face][cover face] The design and planning of the hotel are very attentive to the selection of mountain views, bamboo views and water views, and have created many impressive landscape scenes [strong][strong] Highly recommend the real-life experience [grin][grin] The hotel management feels very standardized, the attitude of the employees is very nice, and all the staff will take the initiative to say hello when they meet~ Liu Jingjing, the housekeeper who served us, Wang Hongwei, the waiter at the French Teppanyaki restaurant, and the beautiful manager of the Chinese restaurant, etc., all left us a good impression [smile][smile] This is a pleasant holiday experience. I spent 3 days at Wyndham Grand Court, and the experience was very unexpected. Before the trip, the butler Zou Yang added WeChat to communicate in advance, and took the initiative to prepare the children's toiletries in our room in advance, and also introduced the hotel tour guide. Our family had a great time throughout the trip. I would like to thank the butler Zou Yang for his meticulous service, making reservations for us, and preparing carrots for the children to feed the alpacas. Basically, he replied to the message in seconds! Every service staff here is very enthusiastic, smiling and responsive. The hotel's breakfast is also excellent. There is jelly that other hotels don't have, which is very delicious, and the eggs are local eggs, which are small and fragrant. For dinner, we tried the hotel's hot pot and the set meal in the all-day restaurant, and we didn't step on thunder! I will come again next time if I have the chance!

This is the resort hotel with the best service awareness I have ever stayed in. All the service staff are polite and will take the initiative to say hello. Especially the housekeeper Liu Jingjing, who is very enthusiastic and thoughtful, responds quickly, and sends an eye protection lamp to the room when she sees the children studying. The room service is also very fast, and the waiter runs back and forth. Although there are not many hot springs in the hotel, the scenery is great, especially the infinity pool on the top of the mountain has a superb view. The activities are also rich, such as feeding alpacas, riding horses, etc. The key is that it is clean and hygienic, making people think they are back in New Zealand. I booked a mountain villa, but in fact, this room type is on the mountain. The lawn view is basically at the foot of the mountain. In addition, the foot of the mountain is close to the lobby of the main building, and the outdoor sound insulation is relatively poor, not very quiet. Maybe another villa room type is more cost-effective. Apart from this, the room facilities and hygiene are nothing to say. It is a good place for a family vacation, especially during holidays to avoid crowds.

It exceeded my expectation. The whole hill is occupied by hotels. There are not many rooms. Even during the 5.1 long holiday, it was not crowded or noisy. It was very quiet and comfortable. The environment was amazing. My butler was Mr. Zou Yang. I contacted him via WeChat in advance to arrange train pick-up. He was very considerate, responded quickly, and arranged it properly. Now let's talk about the food and beverage. I didn't have high expectations at first, but the teppanyaki tasted really good. I recommend everyone to have a meal there. I also liked the breakfast, which was more Chinese. I had Liyang's special black rice and Liyang stir-fried dishes. The beef noodles were good, the wontons were delicious, and the ice cream, strawberry, and chocolate fountain that the children liked were all available. I also liked the homemade caramel milk tea. It was a pity that I was the only one drinking fish head soup for dinner, so I didn't get to drink it (it was too big). The liver was good! New Zealand is a great place for scooters, beautiful scenery, outstanding people and exciting places. There are farms, rafting and ATV nearby. It is suitable for all ages. The room is comfortable and the scenery is beautiful. The amenities are Guerlain. The Little Prince for children is super cute. The MINI BAR and fruits are freshly changed every day. The sunset at the infinity pool on the top of the mountain is beautiful. It's really a full five points!!!
