"A complete rip-off. Paying €300, or €150 a night, to take a shower and see a bathtub like this. Unbelievable! It's by far the most expensive hotel I've ever stayed in, and the worst quality. Not even a mini-fridge in the room, views of a courtyard, lack of cleanliness... a horror, and a way for the hotel to take advantage of the high demand for accommodation that weekend."

"QUIEN TE HA VISTO Y QUIEN TE VE, NASTASI !!! Hacía unos cinco años de nuestra última visita al hotel y el cambio (a peor) ha sido sorprendente (sí, también lamentable). Desde la llegada, nada ha ido bien. Primero en Recepción donde pretendían que hiciésemos el check-in a las 16:30 "mas o menos", cuando en su web indican las 15:30, que ya me parece exagerado y que, bajo mi opinión, indica una corta plantilla para dar mejor servicio. Ah!, y si te quejas de la espera, en Recepción te dicen, no sin cierta desidia, que "yo no soy quien ha puesto esa hora en la web", sin, ni tan solo, una ligera disculpa o cierta empatía. Os podéis bañar en su piscina, eso sí, no camines descalzo fuera del agua si no te quieres convertir en un "pies negros", pues el suelo está esperando que llueva fuerte en Lleida para estar un poco limpio. Una lástima porque la zona de piscina, con un poco de cariño, podría ser (seguro que lo ha sido) un muy agradable espacio . Hemos "disfrutado" de una Junior Suite que tiene mucho de Junior pero poco de Suite, y en la que nos dió la bienvenida un calzoncillo de (supongo) el anterior huésped, que nos esperaba en el "mueble armario/colgador". Si por la tarde/noche quieres tomar algo (ayer en Lleida estábamos a unos 30* a las nueve de la noche), el hotel no tiene bar o terraza donde hacerlo, así que la "oferta" que te hace la señorita de Recepción es que "a lo mejor en el Restaurante os quieren servir algo de beber, aunque no ceneis" o que ella te da la bebida y te sales con ella a tomarla "donde quieras" o en una terraza oscura que hay sobre el restaurante... terraza que ha de ser súperagradable con su iluminación, su música y su camarero preparando un combinado, no solo un botellín o una lata (la oferta de Recepción). En resumen, nos hemos encontrado un hotel que ha vivido tiempos mejores y donde el SERVICIO que antes ofrecían ahora es muy justito. Al igual que un grupo de tres parejas que también buscaba ayer por la noche un espacio para sentarse a tomar algo y charlar, nosotros NO VOLVEREMOS. Nastasi, poseu-vos les piles!!! *Ah!!...no miréis debajo de las camas!😱 ** Y os adjunto una foto de los calzoncillos en cuestión y otra de la forma en que "ganan" buenas recomendaciones. "

"The interior of the hotel is stylish. Lots of white tiles and marble. Large open seating area in reception. Beautiful and spacious spa with 15 metre indoor swimming pool, Jacuzzis, sauna, hamming. Our room had a private sun terrace. Some upstairs rooms have balconies. Restaurant very pleasant. We enjoyed the chef's surprise menu. Parts were excellent; the meat course and dessert disappointing. Wines superb and reasonably price. There is no bar as such but the staff will serve you in the reception area or the terrace outside. The staff. By the way, are delightful and attentive. The exterior a little disappointing. Sandwiched between a noisy motorway and some agricultural land, lacking interesting views. That's the only reason I didn't award 5 stars."
