Very unhappy I left my denim jacket in my room with my watch in the pocket (£380) and it was only when I went to pack to come home I realised it had gone! Hotel staff unhelpful and not interested didn’t have time to go to police as checking out. My room mate had an expensive ring go missing too, then we heard someone else on same floor had 2 rings go missing 🤔 Very upset and dissatisfied that no one wanted to help and went into “we don’t understand “ mode!!

Horrible hotel stay. Noisy school class children all days outside in the garden/pool area - even with a closed balcony door you could hear them screaming and shouting outside. At dinners in the restaurant you can not have a conversation with one another because the children shout so loud .in the restaurant when having dinner. Totally destroyed our stay.

Constant noises at night can't sleep. We checked and it said the pool was open but when we arrived reception said it would open next week. Reception was mean and fiesty and apprentices were moody. Golf course is in a really bad state, unplayable. Not much to do in area and buffet is low quality food. DO NOT STAY HERE AND EVERYONE GIVE 1 STAR REVIEW, I HATED IT THERE!!!

This is not a 4 star hotel. The hotel is shabby and run down. The property is in disrepair. The room was dirty and unkept.

Fine for what we needed
Me and my friend needed somewhere short notice and more a place to rest our heads rather than the hotel actually be a main part to our trip. Id read mixed reviews but price and the included breakfast swung it.
I'd definitely be questioning if it is a 4 star and if I was picking somewhere for me and a girlfriend/ wife I would look elsewhere. Floor was unclean, room very dated and any noise from above or below seemed to be amplified through the room. You couldn't move for school parties either however that was probably due to time of year. It just meant we left the hotel resort each day to drink / sunbath elsewhere.
Like I say for what I needed it was fine and the lady on the desk gave us some great suggestions for tapas and fish restaurants

Netball weekend!! Netball was absolutely fantastic just a real shame about the staff. Being told to be quiet in the bar at 9pm. The lady at the restaurant checking you in was so abrupt. No kettle in the room so went to get a cup of tea in the morning and was told you couldn’t take it back to the room. Such a shame as the netball was really good. The hotel should maybe re think about allowing netball tournaments to happen here.

Stayed here for a netball weekend. Hotel is lovely and clean, was pleasant and nice (room cards were touch and go though). Staff however, were rude from the off! Constant nagging for room cards or drinks card, moaning when entering the restaurant. Can’t possible play volleyball in the pool either. Life guard told us off for that. It was like there was ‘no fun allowed’ policy. Was ok at first to overlook but it was so constant we preferred to go out of the hotel. Also, one pillow provided is not enough. Pack your own guys!

Let's start with the positives. Juan in the lobby was wonderful and did his best to assist us in every way. The people there should get metals for working there, I can imagine their days can be really hard. The lady who cleaned our room was so nice and polite. There were always sunbeds available by the pool, the hotel is very close to the beach. The food was ok for a few meals but you get sick of it pretty soon. Negatives. No mini fridge in the room, rented one for 5 EUR per day and had to get a new one because it didn't cool properly. No coffeemaker in the room. Drinking water only available in the dining area or if you buy it in a machine. Coffee only available in the morning in the dining area. The hotel was really run down, old and the rooms ugly. The tiles were loose in the bathroom floor, soap very sparse. No peeping hole on the door or extra safety lock. The air conditioner broke 2 times in the whole hotel this week and it was very hard to sleep. We got a fan to be able to be in the room. The keycards to open the door very often did not work. One from the group had to go down from the forth floor to the front desk several times a day to fix the card and sometimes it didn't even work straight after fix. The grass around the pool was very thin or not excisting in some big spots. The tiles outside were some broken and the mini golf old and broken (2 holes closed).
