The location near the cove, the very quiet residential area. Distribution and equipment, good. Terrace and very large pool. Well-kept garden. Excellent views of the sea and the bay of Palma.

Very bad smell of sewage in the bathrooms Unbearable for a rental at this price. This seems to come from the evacuation of the toilets in the first bedroom on the right in the hallway. The toilet bowl outlet pipe moves. We have caulking with rags and towe

The owner is very nice. Everything from handing over the keys to the inspection of the finca. We 5 adults had a nice week in the finca and would recommend it to friends and come again ourselves.

All in all okay. However, the deficiencies should be eliminated as they have been around for a long time. Two patio chairs broken and only 7 instead of 8 available. In two bathrooms the shower stinks at times. There are no chairs at the inner dining table
