Meritas Adore Resort Lonavala
"We lived at Meritas Adore Resort in Lonavala for 3 nights and I would like to take a moment to really appreciate the entire the staff. They were all extremely respectful, humble, and responsive. Mr Shivam during check-in was welcoming and very accommodating. Baba rao in the restaurant was always on his feet during breakfast hours and whenevr we saw him throughout the day. Rahul and Sritham were very hospitable and kind and always served us with utmost warmth. The housekeeping girls always had a smile on their face and were available promptly. The property is small (which honestly we loved) and super squeaky clean and well maintained. Given the current situation in our country, the biggest thing i saw in the staff was how they gave equal treatment and respect to every guest despite their culture, language or dress. I am super happy we chose this place to spend a few days. I am surely going back again, if they maintain these good standards."

"The location is excellent, right in the heart of Lonavala market, making it very convenient for exploring the area. The hotel is very family-friendly with clean rooms, and the staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and supportive throughout our stay. We opted for the breakfast-included package, and the buffet breakfast was also very good with a nice variety of options. Overall, we had a pleasant and comfortable stay and were very happy with our experience."

Meritas Aura Resort
"We recently stayed at Meritas Aura Resort with the entire family, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. The resort is beautiful, but what truly sets it apart is the incredible warmth and sincerity of the staff. A special, heartfelt thank you to Aishwarya and Priti—their sincere hospitality, cooperative nature, and warm smiles made our family feel so welcome and well taken care of throughout our stay. Additionally, the housekeeping staff deserves immense praise. They were extremely prompt, meticulous, and kept our rooms and the entire property absolutely spotless. The Rooms & Facilities: The accommodations were spacious, modern, and perfectly suited for a big family. The kids absolutely loved the outdoor play area, the trampoline, and the swimming pool, while the adults thoroughly enjoyed the peaceful, well-maintained lawns. Food & Dining: The food at the in-house restaurant was delicious with a fantastic breakfast buffet spread that had great options for both the kids and elderly members of the family. Between the top-notch facilities and the stellar service from Aishwarya, Priti, and the housekeeping team, this has been one of our best family vacations. We highly recommend Meritas Aura and will definitely be back!""
