The services available are swimming pool (strictly swimming costumes), water park, gym, paid spa, game zone, restaurant. The breakfast was amazing and delicious. Having all kinds of indian dishes also some western dishes. The nearest good restaurant is Rama krishan hotel. Rama krishan serves non veg and veg food. Welcomes foreigner ls as well.

Location of property doesn't matter if u are travel-ling in your own vehicle rooms are well mopped with phenyl etc and so are the common areas outside rooms pool is maintained, but they can do better. Near the pool they don't stock bath towels, so before getting into pool get the bath towels first it has 2 pools current cook makes very yummy food, both veg and non veg. Breakfast is also a good spread however restaurant room service is veey slow. Think they have kept less staff. May is holiday season for kids, hence they need to keep good staff during season to manage a houseful l resort. Only chicken is available, no seafood hotel rates are reasonable. Have nearly 24 hrs hot water in washroom executive rooms have mini fridge, hot water kettle, tea/coffee bags etc toilet has good provision for shampoo and hair conditioner, handwash ac functions well

The property is centrally located and easily accessible. It is close to the main market and railway station. It is opposite a decent restaurant which has good food in case you do not want to opt for hotel food. The hotel accommodated my request of early check-in, although it was a little slow to deliver. The place has ample parking space within the property. The breakfast options are decent but very indian based. However the buffet will be started only when there are sufficient guests, otherwise you will get options only what they try to push. You have to ask for things like breas and butter without buffet breakfast even though you have prepaid. Upon asking the staff why there is no buffet they will flatly say that this is how the hotel functions. There is staff mr. Suryakant who was especially rude and said you can give whatever review you want and this is how we are. This nonchalant attitude was the most put off. He would have f aught with me more if it was not for hotel executive mr. Dig-amber coming to intervene and apologize. He was the only saving grace throughout otherwise slow service as atleast hospitality was provided by him on a 10/10 rating. The hotel amenities are good. Rooms are decent in size but bathrooms are small and cramped. Staffing is inadequate during weekdays as they do not keep much staff if there is no bookings. It was annoying to keep asking for functional tv, room slippers, room freshener, pool towel and open up the pool bathroom. As there was no staff to help out quickly. However they took care of most requests. Just a tad slow. The pool is clean. There is a game room which is newly done and has all amenities. Good for larger groups. Stayed for 2 nights. Friday and saturday. The place is overall family friendly. I wouldn't personally stay again as i did not find the amenities upto mark as per the price of about 4. 5k per night. I have had better service at lower prices.

The hotel was good, staff was nice, at first the room given had many problems but was replaced soon on being informed to the staff. The staff was polite, food was good.

Very bad experiance it is a small property bathrooms sanitary is not properly maintained. They have closed the resturent. They did not provided breakfast also so cancel-led the breakfast for both the days and asking for refund from mmtp/hotel but not received so far. Rooms and main intercom is not working u cannot contact staff for any service from room. You hv to go to reception for any service most of the time staff will not available at the reception. So i have very bad experiance with this hotel.

One of the best hotels considering the price. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the services provided were more than satisfactory for the rate. The staff members were polite and helpful throughout our stay. Special mention to the owner, who was extremely friendly and made sure we felt at home. Overall, a pleasant experience — highly recommended for budget travelers!

Good and comfortable stay. New management is good. All requirements for my kids where met when asked we visited on christmas day, at this high time. Hotels at this price point in heart of city is awesome. We requested for dinner in our room, both taste of chinese food and indian food was awesome.
