The lift broke down and I had to carry my luggage down the stairs… worst experience ever

The room is reasonable size but the interior is a bit old. It is located very near to Ealing Common Station and within walkable distance to Ealing Broadway Station whereby there are more shops down there. The hotel restaurant staffs are very friendly and they always welcome you with a big smile and hello to brighten your day.

If you're going to the Heathrow airport, it's 35 minutes by tube or 20 minutes by car.

We stayed for a week and had good service from our arrival till our departure. Room size was pretty tight, we were not able to open 1 luggage fully even. However, the room has everything that is needed. It is only a 5-min walk to the tube (Common Ealing) which made travelling to town area very convenient. Lots of halal eateries at Ealing Broadway too :)

I feel that Ealing is still very quiet, surrounded by residential areas, and there are not many people. It is very close to the subway station, and there are convenience stores and Sainsbury's supermarkets, which is very convenient. The room is not big, but the bed is very comfortable. It is quieter at night if you choose to face the parking lot. There are many police cars and motorcycles on the side close to the road at night.
