The location is moderate. The best thing is that the room is very large and has a small balcony. The sanitation is also very clean. The overall cost performance is good. After checking in, I found that there is a large supermarket called Tesco not far away, which is a five-minute walk. There are many varieties of products in it, but unfortunately the apartment kitchen only has a microwave and no oven, which is a bit useless. Many foods in the supermarket need to be baked. The check-in time is late and the check-out time is early. In particular, there is no luggage storage service. I walked to a professional luggage storage store in front of Earl's Palace Station to solve the problem.
The location is so great! It's only a three-minute walk from Kensington subway station! It's so convenient to travel! The hotel is clean and comfortable, and the air conditioning and internet are great! We spent a few unforgettable days in London. There is a hamburger street around, and there are many hamburger restaurants! There is a Marks & Spencer supermarket not far from the hotel, which has everything you need to buy. There is also a bus stop one minute away from the hotel, which can go to London's ”Global Harbor”! The surrounding area is very safe, and there are no motorcycle gangs! The hotel staff are very nice! Finally, the hotel's Western breakfast is a set meal, which I think is delicious!
I am very happy to travel alone in London this time. Ellen Hotel is a newly opened hotel. The location is very convenient. It takes about 20-30 minutes to get to the attractions by subway. The hotel can be reached in about 5 minutes on foot from earls court station. , there are many restaurant options near the hotel, as well as 2 supermarkets and drug stores, very convenient! During my stay, the staff at Ellen Hotel were very enthusiastic and helpful. I was also very happy to meet Helen, the general manager of the hotel. The hotel facilities are gradually opening and there is free self-service laundry service. However, there is only one washing machine and dryer at the moment, so you need to queue up. Waiting in line, the room is very clean and comfortable, the refrigerator provides paid wine and soda, the bed is of moderate hardness, the pillows are not too soft, there is a hot towel machine in the bathroom, and the TV can connect you to Netflix and YouTube. It can be seen that the hotel is very dedicated to providing quality services to its guests. I would highly recommend this hotel to friends and family!

Although the room was small it was comfortable with good quality linen and towels. Fairly limited TV channels, but tea & coffee facilities. I liked the offer of free drinks if you choose to forgo daily housekeeping. The location is very good....close to the Tube, restaurants, pubs, convenience stores and supermarkets. The only fault I can think of is I would have preferred there to be an in-room safe. I will definitely choose to stay here again.
the place is very nice and very comfortable. the hotel service is very friendly and fast. the cleanliness of the hotel is very well maintained. the place is very strategic 👌
Hotel was good and in a very good location , we booked a double room but it was ridiculously small , there was a double bed but to get in and out of it u had to climb over each other , the bathroom was also tiny with a very cramped shower. It is the smallest bedroom I’ve ever had as a double , it would be a small single . Beware when booking a double that the room will be minute - I checked with the management to be told all doubles were the same size. I wouldn’t stay there again
The service is good. I asked in advance not to arrange a basement. All arrangements were made and the attitude was good. Although there is no breakfast, complete tea and fruit are also provided for self-service. The room is small, but this is normal in London. It will be difficult to spread out the suitcases, but it is enough for just one or two nights. The bathroom is big, which beats many hotels in the same price range. You can also check your luggage for free. The environment outside the hotel is also good.
Had a good 1 night stay. Check in was easy and greeted with a friendly face who gave us all the information we needed for our stay.
Room was small and comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay.
Wouldn’t hesitate to book again when visiting London for a gig/show.
It was a pleasant stay. Location was good as it was walking distance to Earl’s Court Tube Station. So, its easily accessible to various tourists location .Hotels staff were friendly and helped to keep luggage as I had a night flight. The rooms were cleaned and looked new.
Reception Staff were welcoming, accommodating any requests we had made at the time of booking. They were also helpful with any requests we had made during our stay.
Location was perfect - just round two corners from Earls Court tube station.
Room looked as though it was being partly painted or touched up but not in the correct colour… but was clean and welcoming.
The poor girl Danielle or Daniella serving breakfast in the restaurant was absolutely rushed off her feet on the Sunday when it was extremely busy and could have done with more staff on. She had to welcome every single guest, show them to their tables, make their drinks, take their hot food order, deliver the drinks and food to the tables and also clear and clean the tables for all guests all on her own. She did this all in her stride, apologising for any delays to everyone and providing service with a smile speaking in more than one language. She deserves a raise or to be paid double time in these instances! The hotel most certainly should have had more staff on to accommodate the amount of guests that there were on the Sunday and perhaps reception staff who were not busy could have assisted which would have made things much more manageable for the girl left on her own. We were glad to see that there were much more staff on the Monday.
Cleaning staff for the rooms were very pleasant and they made a very good job - the rooms were spotless!
All in all a very nice stay was had by us both.
