Nice little travelodge. Rooms a little confusing to get too as not numbered very well. Also the lift not easy to find.

I chose this hotel due to its close location to the US Embassy. Easy to get to from Euston train station via the Victoria tube line. Hotel was clean and the staff welcoming and helpful. Would use again.

It was perfect for our short walk of a commute to work in the morning. Friendly staff, clean room.

My brand new charger have been stolen, I only took my filing bag to get a visa, there's no chance I lost it. Every time I go to the front desk, I will be hung there for a long time before I solve the problem. There's no water, no shower gel, no shampoo, no hairdryer, and the paid Wi-Fi keeps going out. There was also a loud machine noise coming from nowhere in the room. And the duvet sheets have small yellow spot on it.

Nice location, with a bus stop and metro very close by. The room was nice, with decent bathroom. The bed was squeaking very bad, it made it hard for us to fall asleep. The breakfast was very basic, with not much to choose from besides English breakfast.

The location of the hotel is very good, close to the transportation hub, convenient to go anywhere, there are three supermarkets nearby for shopping, but the service is very poor, no one changes the bath towels, collects the garbage, cleans the house, the facilities are very old, the smoke detector inexplicably alarmed in the middle of the night, and no one in the hotel dealt with it

Booked two rooms, one of them smelled bad, the room was very, very smelly, the bed sheets and quilt covers had not been changed, there were yellow and white body hairs. I told the front desk that they didn't have a room and they wouldn't change it, but it was useless, they just wouldn't change it, and they didn't coordinate. I didn't sleep at all on the first night, it was terrible. On the second night, they gave us new bed sheets and quilt covers and asked us to change them ourselves... There was no hair dryer in the room, you had to go to the front desk to get it, there was no free wifi, and you had to pay for wifi, and the key was that it didn't work even after paying 😅😅 The transportation was great, very convenient.

Very good, overall very good, the room is big enough, the staff is also very enthusiastic, highly recommended, the nearby transportation is also very convenient, I will choose this hotel again in the future

The bath towels are dirty, there is no hair dryer, and you have to bring your own slippers and toothbrush. But the location is really good. The bus and subway downstairs are very convenient.

Really meh. The location was good, right in front of the metro. But the room was very mediocre. It smelled of humidity. No window that opens. I actually caught bronchitis after the 5th day. We asked twice for cleaning to be done... We went out and came back and it wasn't done. We had to go and ask for the bath towels to be changed ourselves… Really blah blah. I don't really recommend it.

The location is good, just next to the subway station. The equipment is clean and tidy, but there are no slippers, no toothbrush and toothpaste.
