Love this hotel. Smells great when you walk in. Staff are always friendly and rooms are comfortable. My only problem was not having a mirror near a plug socket to dry my hair

Nestled in the Westfield shopping center, the Hyatt Regency is a jewel not to be missed. Clean and spacious rooms that were very clean and the most wonderful staff we have ever encountered. Front desk staff even went above and beyond when our flight out was delayed and allowed us to stay past check-out time. The inclusive breakfast was worth every penny and the selection each morning was fresh and delightful. We will be booking here every time we are in London from now on.

A great hotel in the heart of Westfield’s shopping centre. Room was spacious and extremely clean. No faults found at all!

Perfect location, very close to the mall. In general tidy and clean. No coffee machine in the room, only coffee bags.

Good location, convenient. Nice staff. The laundry should set some rules and regulations for the users; if no one picks up the clothes after 15-20 minutes, once finished, the staff will remove them for the following user.

The hotel is very close to the station. Night time is quiet enough, clean and comfortable room.

The hotel is great. You can find everything downstairs. It already feels like a domestic business district. You can go shopping until 11pm. The hotel service is also good. The breakfast is very rich. I will stay here again next time.

The hotel room is new and clean, with modern design. The location is really first-class. It is above the Zhengda shopping mall. There are many shops and restaurants in the mall. Moreover, the hotel is very close to the railway station, so the transportation is very convenient. But during my six-day stay, there was no hot water for two days. It was really hard to have no hot water to take a shower in such a cold weather. The other day I called the staff twice, but no one showed up the whole day.

The hygiene is okay, but the sheets are torn. The mobile phone signal in the room is very poor, and it is basically difficult to access the Internet via mobile phone. The free Wi-Fi in the hotel is completely rubbish. Sometimes it works, but most of the time it doesn't. Will definitely not stay at this hotel again.

Service is more considerate When I left on the last day, I couldn’t find a parking spot for the Uber driver. The service staff helped push the boxes to the designated location, which was great.
