no heating, it's really cold in the rooms, dirty duvet covers (changed on request), muffled noise that goes on constantly even at night, thin wall you can always hear everything, very small room, tiny single bed but excellent location and pleasant staff

Don't ask too much for this location, otherwise it will be a very expensive hotel. The room is indeed small, and the bathroom is acceptable and clean. I didn't want to take a shower at first, but I changed my mind after seeing it.

Not bad, the space is nice, it’s clean, the taste is great, the ingredients are fresh, the price is affordable, and the delivery is fast. Will continue next time! It tastes great, the ingredients are fresh, the price is affordable, and the delivery is fast. Will continue next time!

Very Good

Negative: the hotel is very old, corridors and rooms are very narrow, but functional. Don't expect great luxury. It was relatively clean, but due to the old hotel (ancient carpet), it is difficult to keep anything clean. Relatively typical for London standards. Unfortunately, very few storage options. Positive: the location was great! Quick access to Kings Cross underground station, but still very quiet. The staff were always very friendly and helpful. There was a hairdryer, shower gel, fresh towels every day and even a "German" socket and a small TV. Totally fine for the price.

I only stayed for one day, but I'm satisfied because it's reasonably priced and not far from the museum. Recommended if you are traveling alone.

Only one person can pass through the corridor, which is dark and not ventilated. It's a stairwell. There is no room worse than this

Since I arrived very late I was unable to get assistance when the shower started to 'sing'. The thing wined all night. The room was small and basic and I should have been comfortable if this item was working correctly

2 nice staff, one young polite guy from west Asia and one nice housekeeper. 2 rude guys from reception desk. super small room, super small hall, 0 elevator.

The rooms, though a wee bit small, are comfortable, clean and safe. The staff is friendly. For two persons, one should consider booking a triple. Nonetheless an enjoyable stay.

The staff was extremely pleasant. The location is very convenient to the train. I didn’t like how small it was and how old it was. Also there was no parking available. Apparently because of the location there was no parking and it was very small and old It appeared that all of the hotels in that area were the same. I was unaware of that, but the price was very good

Do NOT stay here we stayed on the lower ground floor. The room. Was like a cupboard under the stairs. The staircase is a death trap with no proper handrail to hold onto and a fire door that nearly knocked my wife down the stairs. The room obviously had not been decorated in years. The bathroom was tiny and the shower was mouldy. Never stay here.

A cheap and cheerful place to stay with great transport connections. The staff are lovely. No lift so ask for a ground floor room if you have a heavy case!

We stayed in a small double whilst visiting London overnight for a theatre, eating out shopping trip. I would agree with other people who have reviewed this hotel. Whilst the rooms are small it is quiet and a in a good location 5 minute walk from St Pancras/Kings Cross. For the price paid we had no complaints . If you just want somewhere to sleep for the night , this hotel is more than adequate.
