This accommodation is fantastic value and an awesome place to stay for travelers First - Chelsea is a top end location. You only need to see how many sport and high end luxury cars line the streets. People here pay £1000 to live here. It is close enough to the centre of London to be a short tube trip or slightly longer walk to get there Second - Amenities - It quickly gets very expensive always eating out. So what a relief to have a microwave, hotplate, fridge and all the necessary pots, plates and cutlery. In top of that it even has a washer dryer. Finally, price. We stayed for four nights at an average of £75 per night. Amazing. It is on the smaller side but then so is most accommodation in London. An absolute steal.

The first room we were given for our 8 night stay was a disaster. Peeling floor, dirty walls, broken cabinets and lights, filthy pull out couch. Bait and switch from the online pics. The desk said there were no other rooms. Hardly slept. Changed rooms on the second day to an updated 1 bedroom. Much better. Still a little rough around the edges but way better. Nice to have an updated clean kitchenette. Laundry facilities were good. Great location! Easy access to Piccadilly line and buses. If you can get it cheap, it's worth it.

It was amazing stay… 8 days stays in london feel Like home. Big room, you can cook, u can wash, short distance to everything.. would definitely stay in this hotel again ❤️ if only you can fix the lift in the main lobby.. I heard it has been months unfixed

Amazing location, great well equipped units, each room comes with a small kitchen and washing machine which is rare in London. The only issue is it’s a massive hotel, hundreds of rooms per floor and the main elevator is very small and always busy if you have stuff to carry like luggage. Otherwise perfect option

Have a bath, small kitchen and a washing/dryer machine. Good for a extended stay.

I enjoyed my stay, but I was shocked that a big hotel like this does not have its own private parking space for its residents. I ended up accumulating £100 for the 2 days I spent in the hotel. Also, I was expecting the hotel to be tidy up every day but I went out after my first day for a program and came back to see my room same as I left it which is not good at all for a hotel like this. You guys can do better than this

Initial experience at arrival was given a room on a floor and section which was being redecorated. The room next door had people drilling at 18:30 in the evening, with dust sheets outside the room and wires on the floor. Upon complaining I was given another room on the ground floor which had recently been redecorated, however, the curtains didn’t close in this room with a metres gap and people passing by outside. Once complaining again I was upgraded to a one bed apartment on the 9th floor. This was dated and needed redecorating however, it was comfortable enough, had curtains that closed and was very large with a washing machine. While the cleanliness wasn’t to the desired levels, the apartment was large and comfortable even though old fashioned. Service was variable dependent on who was serving at the front desk. Ultimately while it wasn’t a perfect experience and the cleanliness could be improved my stay was fine and I was recompensed for the initial experience with the larger albeit dated apartment.

I was very impressed with all the aspects of the hotel. Professional and supportive staff. Polite , kind and and helpful. The hotel was very clean. And I had also offered a complementary 2 bedroom apartment. Thank you for the gesture. And it is greatly appreciated. I will definitely go back again and even recommend it to friends.

This is the second time we have stayed in these apartments and will definitely be back again.  Great location you have everything just about at your finger tips or in walking distance.

I booked this on price as I needed to be in the area. Cost was £178. A nice hotel is £215. Honestly had I known what a dump this place was I would have gone to the hotel. Water pressure almost non existent and a broken shower, huge crack in the window in the room. The room smelt of something and it wasn't good. No air con so I had to open the windows and was woken up by the early morning flights over London. Corridors were endless and only one lift working which took ages to arrive each time. I walked past one room that was boarded up . The place is tired, out of date and not a nice place to stay.

This hotel is situated in a horrible old building of thousands of rooms - both privately owned and hotel. On arrival we were put in a terrible room on ground floor with no air and inability to open windows for security reasons. We were moved to a 7th floor room, only to discover that one lift has been broken for months. The wait for the one lift for so many rooms was ridiculous. Slowest lift in London. The we had NO hot water... so eventually we had to move to a 9th floor room just to shower! Staff unhelpful and hotel really dirty

Really good place Ilove staying there, but Some stuff mate experience I would be uncomfortable for me I would recommend please

Great location and a very clean apartment. Absolutely no issues apart from the noise from the road which others have mentioned. Not an issue for us since we had earplugs and everything else makes up for that (e.g. warm radiators, being able to see aeroplanes at times from the window). Would definitely return.

A very old one with decayed wall surfaces , old facilities , Lousy street view as it exactly faces a construction , just a basic environment to stay
