I had a large luggage but the hotel arranged a room on the ground floor which was inconvenient as I had to climb stairs. The house is a bit old, and you can hear the ceiling making noises when the upstairs residents move.

Location is good, near underground. Safe area. Highly recommend.

Very convenient locations! You can find M&S, McDonalds, KFC, bars and restaurants surrounded. The area is safe to stay even you come back late at night. The single room is not big but totally enough for one person. The bathroom is clean and nice. Overall quite good for a few days stay. I will prefer choosing twin room as the room are much bigger. The single room is located in the backstairs which some people may not like. If you mind the room location, I suggest choosing twin room.

I stayed in the room in the lower ground floor, although the room is quite spacious, but it was a bit stuffy.

It’s really horrible experience, the room is in a dungeon, there is no heating, no 4G signal, and the hotel WiFi is also unusable

We were put off by the previous hotel and temporarily booked a family room for one night. I found it very comfortable so I booked an additional two nights. The lady at the counter also helped us upgrade the service to breakfast. It is very convenient to walk 3 minutes from the station.
