The location is ideal to get to T5 Heathrow Terminal using the POD transport. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is quite big and there seem to be lots of parties happening. The bar is a sports bar and you can enjoy drinks and food. The corridors are very long. The hotel furniture and interior are a bit outdated, but for a short stay it's ok.
Good location with train connectivity from T4 to city center. During my stay, the picadilly line was not in service (which is cheaper way to get to city), so had to use elizabeth line which is more costly. The hotel staff are very helpful, check-in/out was a breeze, and there is a restaurant and cafe which is very convenient. Great place to have a beer when you are chilling out from long city tour. Room is clean, nice bed. We stayed 2 nites, however did not get house cleaning . guess the staff must be real busy with lots of travellers turnaround.
Overall, great hotel , staff are helpful and would recommend for those who do not mind staying in T4 and commute 40-mins to city as a way to beat the city price.
Is a great location and friendly staff. Rooms are clean but very basic for the price. I had dented and scratched doors in my room and the ceiling light didn't work properly. Great location. But won't say there again

Customer service is very good, there is assistance in handling check-in matters
There is only one bathroom, shared with other guests
The room is poorly soundproofed, and the sound of the door when entering and leaving the door makes people unable to rest.
The privacy of the room is poor. Even after the door is locked, other guests can still force it open, resulting in no rest in the middle of the night.
The staff was invaluable and friendly. The rooms are spacious and clean. The open plan area is inviting to lounge around and have a drink or bite to eat.
The sauna and steam room were great for unwinding after a long trip, and the food was reasonably priced and good quality. The location is not hard to get to, but a long walk from Hayes and Harlington station should you get the Elizabeth line. You would need a taxi or bus to access the hotel.
Early departure from Heathrow Airport Terminal 4? This is the place to be!!!!
The Holiday Inn Express is located in the same building as the Crowne Plaza: upon entering you go left for the Crowne and right for the Holiday, but you share the same atrium area and so you could really sleep in the cheaper hotel room and have a drink in the more fancy lobby… I think! I haven’t tried because we were traveling with the kids and just wanted a rest.
Breakfast is included and starts 6.30am even on the weekend so the kids were fed before we walked through the fully covered corridor into Terminal 4 in less than 5 min.
It’s absolutely genius and the rooms are modernised too, so no complaints here!!
Stayed here for a short layover and its quite near Heathrow airport!! Took a bus from the airport, about 15-20mins (excl waiting time) and we reached.
Check in: Swift, maybe cuz it was 11+pm hehe
Service: Great, there was a night menu from the hotel resturant next door and our hotel staff took the extra mile to collect and bring over to reception for us 🙏
Food: Morning breakfast was a classic american brekkie buffet, it was quite good.
Comfort/cleanliness: Bed was comfy, clean. Toilet was huge and very wheelchair accessible but shower area was a little small when curtains are drawn (and if u accidentally touch the wet curtains its SO COLDDDD 😳 toilet wasnt the best looking cuz it looked like public ones but overall still ok
The hotel is conveniently located walking distance through a covered walkway from Terminal 4. Access to Terminal 5 is also easily accessible via a free train service. The reception staff were very helpful. The room is comfortable and cosy.
I received two bottles of water while I checked in (even I am just one person)
The room is best so far I stayed in London for 4 difficult hotel. Towels are very clean. Large TV, soft bed but extremely comfortable.
The bus stop just outside of hotel near all the hotels in bath room (I think it is the closest stop compare to all other hotels)
I didn’t have chance to try the restaurant but people are just so nice.
Very Good
