非常友善的服務員，民宿設備先進，備有智能馬桶，電動窗簾，衛生間水力充足，泳池很美，每間房間也可獨立浸温泉，可以同時多人浸，我們全家大人5人一起也可。
全間民宿非常乾淨整潔，附近亦有很多農家菜，試了民宿工作人員介紹的一間，非常好食，價錢仲非常便宜。
大大力讚賞民宿的工作人員，因有家人忘記帶泳衣，她們立即向相熟的公司給我們提供泳衣照，當決定買了之後，不用20分鐘就送上房間，晚上更送竹筍給我們加餸做晚餐，她們說剛在早上摘的，的確超鮮甜，竹筍炒腩片成為了我們No.1的最愛餸菜。
最後美中不足的地方是比較遠，叫車比較困難，雖然如此，但我們一家人確實住得非常滿。意

位置方便，一下高速再開十分鐘左右，酒店設備設施很新，停車免費不過開電車充電居然收費，1.5元一度超貴。馬桶是TOTO的，不過沖涼房沒有排氣扇的，反而廁所有，設計有點奇葩。説的14點入住，等到15點才搞好清潔。訂了三房一廳差不多4000元居然不給我在室內吃東西，室外天寒地凍又大風又大雨怎麼吃啊。崖丟！

這次一家出遊，感恩遇到四季品苑民宿，讓我們一家四口可以相聚，陪伴雙親。民宿環境優美舒適，爸媽特別喜歡早餐-冷颼颼的天氣有現做的腸粉和豬雜粥，暖心。
民宿附近餐飲豐富，還有售賣煙花爆竹，水果採摘，很便捷。開車到南崑山也衹是20分鐘左右。
另外，離開以後發生插曲，我遺失了一台大疆無人機。然而，當我聯繫酒店時，四季品苑的工作人員立即行動起來，不遺餘力地幫助我。他們打了好幾個電話，來回確認我的位置，還仔細調查了監控。
過程中，民宿員工的細心與專業讓我感受到了家一般的温暖。幸運的是，員工在巡查時意外拾得了我的無人機，並將其妥善保存在前台。
感謝四季品苑的全體工作人員，尤其是劉小姐的熱心幫忙，讓我深刻體會到了什麼是真正的貼心服務。
