"This is my second visit, and I'm very satisfied. The room, though still quite new, was clean. Both times, I received a room upgrade. The customer service lady was very warm and responsible, always answering my questions, and even provided snacks for the children, which was incredibly thoughtful – definitely worth a thumbs-up! There's a private hot spring tub right outside the room, and many of the public hot springs were open, so you basically don't have to share with others. The water park is more suitable for kids under ten and also has surfing, making it great for families."

"The hotel has many facilities and is very beautiful. Children can play in the playground. The hot spring is clean and hot enough. The water is freshly changed when we go to the hot spring in the morning. The breakfast is very rich and the service staff are also very warm and polite. The Shankeng Wanyu, Yuba and local pork soup in the restaurant are good and affordable. We walked on the mountain and the air was very good with a lot of negative ions. It is worth it. I will wait until the swimming pool opens before bringing my kids to play in the water."

"Facilities: It should be a new hotel, and the room still has some smell. The public area facilities such as washing machines and vending machines have not been perfected. But the small bubble pool in the room is a big highlight, you can soak in the hot springs directly in the room. There is a buffet breakfast, there are not many categories, and the taste is OK. Hygiene: Hygiene is relatively clean Service: Check-in was smooth, the swimming lane and the pool were sent, and the children liked it very much. Environment: It is still a bit away from various attractions in Nankun Mountain, but the community swimming pool facilities are good, and it is not too tired to bring a baby to play in the hotel for a day or two."
