First off, the front desk service during check-in was excellent, followed by the thoughtful service from the butler, and finally, the quick response time from customer service – truly commendable. When a lot of people are playing in the water, it's never going to be perfectly clean, but at least I didn't have any allergic reactions here, which I've experienced at other water parks before. Then there's the buffet restaurant; while it might not have as many dishes as Chimelong, the food quality was good, and I found the variety to be quite comprehensive. I was even surprised to see live steamed rice rolls being made on the spot! All in all, this short trip was delightful, and both the elderly and children had a great time. This is definitely a hotel worth revisiting!"

"This is THE WORST hotel I have stayed in China!!! Right above the room are some type of machine (AC or water heater) that make very loud noise that drive you nuts. Can't sleep... The room is not clean. The TV and wifi did not work at all. Of note, the front desk and guest service are rude when I complained to them about the broken TV and room noise. I have to confront them seriously before they offered to change the room for me. It is NOT the hotel experience you want to get on a trip... Well, the hotel is located near government agencies, which makes it convenient for business trips. But they gave you a bad sleep and crappy mood which set you off to a bad start of the business... 最差的酒店体验!! 房间不整洁, 电视和wifi都不能用. 更离谱的是房间上方有大型机器的噪音, 完全睡不着觉!!! 叫前台和工程部的人来修理, 可是他们的态度很不礼貌, 我严厉的反驳之后, 他们才老实了. 最后还是修不好, 在我要求后,只好给我换房间, 大半夜的,十分耽误我休息."

"We went during the May Day holiday. Arrived at 2 PM and had to wait in a long line to check in. Finally got a room, but it wasn't cleaned yet. My family and I (including seniors and children) went straight to the hot spring. When we returned at 4 PM, the room still hadn't been cleaned, and it smelled awful. I called the front desk, and they just kept saying they'd notify housekeeping immediately. Half an hour later, they told us it was ready. We finally got into the room close to 5 PM. As soon as we entered, there was a dirty rag on the table, emitting an unpleasant smell. The toothbrushes were all opened, and no new ones were provided. The bathroom was grimy, and there were food crumbs from previous guests on the sofa. The hygiene was truly appalling. The buffet dinner was like a chaotic market. I'm not sure if it was because of the holiday, but all the hotel's amenities seemed overwhelmed. I do not recommend this place."

"The family room was decorated with children in mind, complete with toys and a small tent, making the room feel like a mini playground. The balcony had a private hot tub, so the kids could even play in the water at night! The hotel's suspended pool, hot springs, children's water park, and ball pit outside the hotel were all amazing. On the day of check-out, we could leave our luggage at the front desk and continue to play, which was very thoughtful and attentive service! My older daughter was over 120cm, and the kind front desk attendant even gave us a complimentary kids' breakfast and access to some activities. 👍👍👍"

"The room was very comfortable, clean and tidy. The housekeeper sent us the route in advance. The hotel is in the community, but it is easier to find with the route guide. The parking fee in the community is capped at 15 per day. You can have a private bath in the room, and you will get an extra pool for free. The housekeeper was very considerate. He turned on the air conditioner for us in advance and brought breakfast to our room. I highly recommend it!"

"Traveling during the Qingming Festival, we managed to avoid the heavy rain and arrived in Longmen. A big thank you to Joan for the thoughtful arrangements. As a Gold member, I received a complimentary breakfast and was upgraded to a suite. We brought our dog, and the hotel is pet-friendly, with a 250 RMB cleaning fee. The hotel was almost fully booked, so it was quite crowded. I regret not bringing a swimsuit and missing out on the hot springs."

I was given a warm welcome when I arrived and I really appreciate it as he helped me solve a lot of problems and was very attentive in explaining the room facilities and the hotel. Although this hotel is far away, it is still worth a trip. The birthday decoration in the room is really beautiful, the room is large and very clean. And having a private soup all by yourself is really great. Hotel food can also be delivered to the room. This mahjong machine is not included in the hotel, we borrowed it separately. "

"It's rare to find a two-bedroom, one-living-room hotel with only one hot spring pool. The price-performance ratio is not high, and you have to pay extra for the hot spring water. Usually, you can have the pool. The swimming pool downstairs was drained early in the morning and not available for use. There weren't many things to do, so it wasn't suitable for family trips. There weren't enough bath towels, and you had to pay extra for one. This is the first time I've encountered this in all my hotel stays. Parking was also charged, and the room rate wasn't cheap on weekends. There was nothing you could ask for, and the service was practically nonexistent."

I booked a 3-bedroom villa with a private big bubble pool. 4-5 Individuals are very relaxed. There is a terrace, Kung Fu tea table, and a double rocking chair in the middle of the villa. It is good to lie down and play with your mobile phone. The hot spring hotel is suitable for family parents, couples on short vacations, friends group building, and escape the city on weekends to inhale oxygen. There was a problem in the middle, and the hotel staff quickly solved it, which was great!"

"1. **Cleanliness**: Not very clean. The coffee table in the room was really dirty; I had to wipe it myself right after checking in. There was also dust in several spots that hadn't been cleaned. 2. **Environment**: It was okay. The lake outside on the farm smelled a bit, but there were two pavilions built by the inner lake, complete with black swans. The 'Golden Waterfall' also spouts water at night. 3. **Dining**: The Chinese restaurant was incredibly bad. We ordered six dishes, and every single one was unappetizing. On top of that, the service was very slow; our last dish arrived only after we had finished everything else (though we did manage to cancel it). We went to a local farmhouse restaurant the next day, and it absolutely blew this hotel's Chinese restaurant out of the water. 4. **Room**: The hotel is relatively new, and the room looked quite modern. However, the details were lacking. For example, the light by the entrance was sensor-activated, only turning on when the door opened. There's a mirror by the door for checking your appearance and changing shoes, and the lack of light there was really inconvenient. For a room type costing over 2,000, the hairdryer felt like something bought for 5 RMB on Pinduoduo. It was one of those flimsy, foldable hairdryers from 20 years ago. For such an expensive hotel and room, if not a Dyson, at least a Laifen, right? The bedding for the children's bed looked like it hadn't been replaced in a long time; there were holes in the sheets. 5. **Hot Springs**: Most of the hot spring pools weren't warm enough. Even the swimming pool in the hot spring area had cold water, making it useless in winter. I'm not sure what purpose an outdoor pool serves in a hot spring area when it's completely empty. The hot springs do offer free meals, and the grotto hot spring is somewhat unique. Parking was great; no registration needed to exit. They also upgraded my room for free. Overall, there isn't much to do, it's pretty average."

"Having stayed at Ramada hotels in other cities and loved them, I chose this one without hesitation when I visited Longmen. The hotel's location is excellent, and underground parking is convenient for getting around. The river view room was stunning, the room and bathroom were enormous, and the decor was nice and clean. The only downside was the carpet, which showed signs of wear and tear. The room also had an air purifier, which was surprising in Longmen. I used it for one night and the quality was excellent. It seems the air in Longmen is pretty good. This is a great choice for a vacation."

"Came back to Genting for a second visit, full of anticipation, but was severely disappointed, with the experience plummeting to rock bottom! 😩 ❄️ **Air Conditioning Virtually Non-existent**: We booked a two-bedroom apartment, and even with the AC set to 16 degrees and max fan speed, only the living room was barely cool. The two bedrooms had no cooling at all! In the master bedroom, you couldn't even feel any air movement. It was impossible to sleep on such a hot night; how are we supposed to rest? 🧹 **Severe Housekeeping Staff Shortage**: On a peak day like Sunday during summer vacation, there was only one cleaning lady for the entire floor! We booked two rooms, but only one was ready at check-in, and we were told to 'come back later' for the other. By 3 PM, the front desk claimed 'the guest hasn't checked out yet'? Wasn't check-out supposed to be at 12 PM? The management is incredibly disorganized; it really felt like we were being treated unfairly. 😤 Also, the buffet had far fewer options than last time. And I have to complain about the lobby – why can't they close one of the large doors? With both main entrances wide open, it's scorching hot. While waiting in line to check in, sweat was just pouring down, with no air conditioning whatsoever. I noticed this issue on my first stay, assuming it was a new hotel that hadn't been fully optimized yet. To my surprise, it's the same this time, which means the lobby design is seriously flawed. As a returning guest, I truly don't want to see Genting decline like this. The hardware can be old, but the service and attitude shouldn't fall apart! I hope management sees this and stops tarnishing their own reputation! 🙅‍♀️"
