"We booked for 3 days but could stay only 1 night and changed the hotel. We stayed first night of Chinese new year and most of the places was closed nearby. After check in, they gave us 5 liters of water bottle for drinking which is manually filled! It is not clear how fresh the water inside the bottle. There is kettle at the room but there is no tea bags. There was very basic breakfast ( only noodle, no tea or coffee or milk...) at first day of Chinese new year. The room is little smelly, i guess it is because of humidity... There is no clear road sign for car parking area , it is really hard to understand where to drive and turn... We asked for refund and hotel lady accepted our request, thanks... But they asked me to give 5 star rating! Sorry, it is all i can give. Beside, hotel room is spacious, bathtub is big and water temperature is high enough ( around 40 C )"

The hot spring and room amenities were well-maintained. Soaking in the hot springs was incredibly relaxing and a great way to unwind. It's an ideal spot for a short family getaway, and we'll definitely be returning."

Soaking in the natural hot springs was incredibly relaxing, and the surf pool and heated pool had clean water. We had a blast on the slides! The facilities and service were both great. "Although it's called a hotel, I'd say it's more like a guesthouse or B&B. Because it's labeled a hotel, my expectations dropped significantly after checking in. I booked a two-bedroom apartment for 1000 RMB during Chinese New Year, and honestly, I don't think it was worth it. The plunge pool on the balcony is tiny, basically the size of a bathtub. On the bright side, I saw them change the water in the public hot spring pool in the morning. The soundproofing in the room isn't great; I could hear the sound of the pool filling up downstairs."

"On weekends, I brought my family to Nankun Mountain to relax. I chose to stay in Boxin Yunshe. The courtyard is quiet and comfortable. The housekeeper will take the initiative to serve tea and send good night milk. The room is cleaned very clean. In particular, the private soup pool is very comfortable. Towels and bath towels can be taken away. The experience is particularly extra points. I recommend everyone to try it."

"This trip was because I wanted to go to a hot spring hotel for my friend’s birthday, so I booked this one. Because I wanted to decorate the room and have cake issues, I called the hotel housekeeper, Ms. Deng, who was very enthusiastic and helped me solve all the problems. I was given a warm welcome when I arrived and I really appreciate it as he helped me solve a lot of problems and was very attentive in explaining the room facilities and the hotel. Although this hotel is far away, it is still worth a trip. The birthday decoration in the room is really beautiful, the room is large and very clean. And having a private soup all by yourself is really great. Hotel food can also be delivered to the room. This mahjong machine is not included in the hotel, we borrowed it separately. "

"Huge resort, in a very quiet area, middle of montains. staff is really friendly and helpful, some of them speak good English ( ask Betty ). The rooms are very big, full equipped, no USB plug so take yours. The hot spring is amazing with great variety of basins but always hot water…. One Chinese restaurant and one buffet restaurant, where you can find call what you like. You must try the draft beer at the buffet…. Breakfast is huge with lot of dishes, fruits, even coffee. Located at 20km from highway (G45), hotel is easy to find. At only 500m from hotel, a small village with lot of small shops, where you can find what you need. If you have car, parking inside hotel, free. Since 12 years I go many times there, and I don’t see any change. Always clean and the same perfect service."

"This is our go-to choice every time we visit Nankun Mountain. My kid absolutely loves the 'ice and fire' experience here; even a three-hour drive is worth it for them! The hotel's 'ice and fire' features real ice added at set times, and my kid always grabs a huge pile. When it gets too cold, they just hop into the nearby hot springs – they never get tired of it! The hotel staff are also very thoughtful; knowing we had a 'nesting doll' (referring to multiple kids or a group), they allowed us a late check-out!"

"The private onsen's water flow was very slow, and the air conditioning system was broken from the moment we checked in, making the room incredibly cold. The vent was blowing directly onto my head, so I had to sleep sideways. Someone came to fix it in the afternoon, but it broke again that night, and I couldn't adjust the temperature or turn it off. There wasn't much to do in the surrounding area, and the lobby smelled strongly of smoke."

"New hotel, simply decorated, clean and tidy. The front desk is small and basic, but the front desk staff provided good service and upgraded our room. However, the sound insulation of the room is very poor, and it will feel noisy if someone walks by outside. The shower room is very small, the water pressure is also very low, and it takes a long time for hot water to come out (each room has a small electric water heater hung on the balcony). It is more like a serviced apartment than a hotel. You have to borrow the hot springs and swimming pool from the hotel next door, which takes about eight minutes to walk. The surrounding signal is very poor, and there is no signal in the parking lot. Good breakfast"

At this price, they should have included them or let guests choose. Second, the breakfast was mediocre, with even soy sauce missing. Finally, check-out required waiting for us to check everything. I've stayed in so many hotels and B&Bs where you just leave your room card and leave. And yet, we were missing a cup when we checked in, and they asked us if we had broken it. Overall, check-out was a significant delay."
