"We chose this hotel for a relaxing family getaway during the Dragon Boat Festival, despite the rainy weather. The hotel's hot springs and facilities were quite good, and we even got an upgrade to a room with a private hot spring. However, the hotel has a lot of rooms, all on lower floors, which means they can be quite humid and require a dehumidifier. There are also very few elevators, and the layout is a bit illogical, requiring long walks to get to the elevators and the breakfast restaurant. On the bright side, the hotel service was excellent. The buffet, though, was just average and could use some improvement."

"It's relatively good value for money. There were no meals included, and the swimming pool wasn't open, but they were quite attentive; the breakfast delivered was nice and hot. The room was very close to the linen room, and the soundproofing wasn't great; I could hear the housekeepers chatting there all morning. Overall, it was pretty good, and the service was acceptable."

"Avoid this hotel: Longmen Nankunshan Yunding Hot Spring Whiskey Hotel. The room hygiene is alarming. There's black grime accumulated in the corners of the sink, the shower glass is covered in old water stains, large areas of the floor are damp and stained, and many silicone seams have mold. Within minutes of entering the room, I developed an allergic reaction and broke out in hives. The price absolutely does not match the experience! 1820 RMB only includes breakfast for two adults and one child. Children are limited to 1.5 meters in height; if taller, an additional 248 RMB is charged for breakfast + hot spring package. Although they changed our room later, the hygiene was still unsatisfactory. I will not be coming back. The round bed, measuring 2 meters plus 1.8 meters, is merely a decoration; my 1.5-meter child's feet touched the end, making it very uncomfortable. I will definitely not return, it's terrible!!! Also, the hairdryer in the room is awful; it smells strongly of burning plastic as soon as you use it. What era is this, still using such a terrible hairdryer? Aren't they afraid of short circuits or fires?"

"It's good value for money, and the rooms are spacious enough. There are two 1.5-meter beds. The rooms are on the 4th and 5th floors opposite a residential building. If you book a room facing the main road, it can be a little noisy at night. If you are a light sleeper, it is best to book a room in the back and close the window to sleep. I think it's okay, and it doesn't affect the interior much. There is parking available at the entrance, but not much. You need to park in the marked areas. There are restaurants, entertainment venues, late-night snacks, and breakfast nearby, just a short walk away, so it's quite convenient. There is a pork chop bun shop and Fanghua Private Kitchen downstairs."

People with larger feet found the slippers too small, while those with smaller feet found them too big. I think they should definitely improve this by offering small, medium, and large sizes. One-size-fits-all just isn't very practical or customer-friendly."

The front desk called in advance to ask if I was bringing a child, and when I arrived, I found that they had specially prepared children's slippers and small toys in the room. As soon as we arrived at the guesthouse, the staff came over to help with our luggage, gave us a tour of the property, and introduced everything to us. Whenever we needed more drinking water or toiletries, we just let the butler know and they were delivered very quickly. Luggage storage is free, they gave us a nice little welcome souvenir, and even wished us a safe trip back."

The only bad thing is that the hot water in the bathroom is electric hot water. The hot water ran out while I was taking a shower. I was really impressed."

The room also had a soaking tub, which the kids absolutely loved."

"This guesthouse in Nankun Mountain offers a fantastic experience. The Southeast Asian-style infinity pool is absolutely stunning, and the water is spotless. Our room came with a private courtyard and hot spring, providing excellent privacy. The room itself was spacious and bright, featuring a tea table where we could enjoy a relaxing tea ceremony. The surrounding environment boasts serene mountain views, and the guesthouse itself is elegant and tranquil, creating a truly comfortable holiday atmosphere. The owner and staff were incredibly warm, thoughtful, and generous. They arranged afternoon tea with snacks, lemon tea, and coffee/milk tea when we checked in. For dinner, they were so helpful, busily assisting us with ordering food. It's an ideal choice for a family vacation and comes highly recommended!"
