Facilities: The facilities are quite comprehensive. Cleanliness: The hygiene is good, very clean. Environment: The environment is beautiful, with many agritourism restaurants nearby, which is very convenient. Service: The service response is very fast. The hotel's tennis court is beautiful and the surroundings are great.

The hotel is huge, but the water quality wasn't good. The food was overpriced, and the buffet seemed to have a lot of pre-made dishes. I almost threw up after a bite of the taro with pork belly, and then I got diarrhea.

The hotel room facilities are excellent and comfortable, with a private hot spring tub on the balcony. The hotel's dining is also very good. I'm very satisfied with my stay and would highly recommend it.

We were a large group traveling with multiple families and kids, and I have to say this is a very kid-friendly hotel. The staff were incredibly accommodating and patient with the children. Li Qiuyi provided excellent service; she was always quick to respond to a call and help us out.

Facilities: Pretty good. The public bath is very comfortable when there aren't too many people. Private hot spring: The water was warm initially but quickly turned cold, so it felt pretty average. Breakfast: The variety was mediocre, and there weren't many seats. If you came late, you had to go to another area, which was a bit dim.

If it's the off-season, it's a perfect spot for hot springs♨️. The hotel's family-friendly amenities are very thoughtful, featuring a dedicated constant-temperature children's splash pool with suitable water temperature and safety measures. The hot spring area boasts multiple themed pools, including herbal and fish therapy pools, all of which display public water quality test results. The guest rooms are spacious, and the attention to detail is excellent.

The room has a private balcony, and most importantly, a private hot spring tub! The service was excellent, and breakfast was included. The hotel's surroundings and greenery are beautiful. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience.

Staying here during Golden Week was an absolutely terrible experience; it felt like I paid a premium just to suffer. I truly wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Check-in involved endless queues, and it felt like everything required waiting. I specifically booked one twin room and two king rooms, but the hotel messed up completely and gave us three king rooms. They totally botched the room types, showing extremely chaotic management. We booked a villa hoping for a relaxing vacation, but the shuttle buses within the resort took nearly an hour to arrive, so all our plans hinged on waiting. Breakfast was a disaster – absolutely no management whatsoever. They just kept letting people in without controlling the crowd or assigning seats. It was as chaotic as a wet market, crowded, noisy, and utterly disorganized, making it impossible to enjoy a meal. My entire day was wasted queuing, waiting, arguing, and dealing with the hotel's various blunders. There was no time left to relax or enjoy any of the other facilities. It was frustrating from start to finish. The service, management, and hospitality simply do not justify the price. I'll never be back!

Overall, the environment is great, perfect for a family vacation. There's a huge garden that can easily keep you entertained for half a day. The room, however, was a different story. While the room itself was pretty standard, I could clearly see into the opposite room, which was incredibly awkward. The soundproofing was terrible; someone was blasting their TV at 1 AM. The service at the Chinese restaurant was also very poor. The staff seemed completely clueless and didn't even respond when spoken to. I ordered eggplant, and it came with a bunch of shrimp, which they didn't bother to mention (despite me having previously stated I have allergies). I have no idea how they had the nerve to charge a service fee.
