The whole resort is beautiful! The infinity pool is definitely the highlight. The rooms on the club side are very noisy because they are too close to the main road. The villas are great! The Mexican restaurant is amazing! The breakfast is also great!

I enjoy the facility, it’s a beautiful place and staff are very nice. However, this stay, my shower had no hot water and the floor was full of stains. I had brought these issues to the facilities attention, but there was never any attempt to fix the problems.

As always, Solaz lived up to it's 5-Star rating. The accommodations were amazing. Beds very comfortable and common areas large. Full kitchen was nice in unit. Service exceptional. Special shout out to Raul and Angel at the Bell Stand and Yolanda at Cascabel. Ricardo, Rigaberto, Gustavo, and Rances were very helpful at the Mako Pool area. Enjoyed Angelica's Pinapple Mescalitas and Israel's special drinks as well. They all know how to make you feel special.

Solaz is my winter home away from home! Everything about the stay - the facilities, the weather, the ocean, the whales and most importantly the STAFF are amazing! The bell staff and guest ambassadors are ready to assist you in your every need including transportation and assistance around the resort as well as arrangments for off-resort excursions. I spent most of my time at the pools which are also staffed with wonderful service! The suites are cleaned to perfection every day with an additional turndown service if desired. ....and of course the weather is perfect!

This is a great resort. Branded Marriott Autograph. Beautiful beach and great pools. The Spa is pricy but exceptional. The most exceptional thing about the resort is the staff. We had dinner at Mako Restaurant on the property and my wife had a dessert. A staff member asked her how she liked the dessert and my wife told her it was ok but she was expecting something more chocolaty. The staff member told her to wait a minute and she brought my wife a delicious chocolaty dessert on the house. You can’t beat that.

Beautiful facility. Very well maintained. Employees are very customer focused and well trained. The apartment we stayed in was absolutely perfect with all very up to date equipment. The location is right between a number of other resorts in the area. For people who enjoy beach walks it is a paradise.

The rooms and grounds are immaculate!! Solaz’s housekeeping staff, bell boys, and pool attendants make their guest feel special. Their sales staff Rosia and Chris are professional yet respectful towards owners, establishing why Solaz is a five-star experience.
