"The transportation of this hotel is extremely inconvenient. You cannot use Uber after checking in. You must ask Bellman to call a taxi when going out for fun, which costs at least half as much as Uber. The hotel is located in a remote area, about an hour's drive from the airport. The overall facilities are relatively simple. In addition to the swimming pool, there are only a few activities to participate in. The attitude of the service staff is not bad, and the hotel environment is clean, but there are almost construction sites around. The "sea view room" we stayed in on the first night actually had a large construction site outside the window, and only a small corner could see the sea, which seriously affected our mood. After coordinating with the front desk for an hour, I was told that there was no room to change on the first night, and I could only try to arrange a room that could not see the construction site on the second night."

When I first searched for this on Trip.com, if it had appeared somewhere, I would have chosen another day, but I didn't see anything written about it, so I'm very disappointed that I couldn't include it. I went there looking forward to the pool."

No bugs , very clean , not a small room , reasonable price in cabos , friendly staff (who speak English well) Has balcony with view, fridge is working well , breakfast included , has small cleaned kitchen(I didn't use though since I stayed only 1 night ) , welcome cookie , 2 water for free. I liked everything that hotel offered . Needed to walk a bit from center but I liked it because I could see local store , beautiful flowers. I didn't even checked out yet but I am writing this review since I satisfied. If I come back to cabos , I will definitely choose this hotel again"

"This is an interesting resort. The location is a fair bit off the main road making it really peaceful. The resort is built on a cliff which means multiple levels of building. The pool was ok but needs a bit of renovation. You can’t swim in the ocean as there are many rocks and hence dangerous. It’s good for couple of nights but personally I wouldn’t want to stay more than that. Like all the resorts in the area everything is pricey and they have a captive audience!"

He was very proactive and made sure that whatever we wanted the hotel made happen. The property was in pristine condition, service was outstanding in all areas. This by far is one of the best Waldorf properties I have stayed at. The hotel and staff should be very proud of how they execute their ability to make every one feel welcomed."

"All-inclusive hotel. Adults only. Dinner restaurant needs to be booked in advance. Take a taxi from the airport to the hotel. Uber MX$659.91. The journey is half an hour. It’s easy to call a taxi. Picture 9 is the bus stop sign coming out of the airport. It would be better if you give a tip."

"A decent resort has been turned into the most predatory tourist trap. No menu prices online so we were shocked to arrive and see food and drinks charged at exorbitant rates, more than double what we are used to paying back home in the states. Gym was nice but had rotten fruit in the snack basket. No coffee machine in the room (seriously?) and a basic latte in the basement Starbucks is $10 USD. Wow. The staff were helpful and friendly. A nice resort, but not at all worth the insane prices paid."

"Just remember, on top of what we are paying for the stay with trip.com, we still have to pay for more charges during check out at the resort. Well it is a vacation club anyway so extra charges on daily basis would be $40USD resort fee, $8USD service fee and $38 USD Cabo Environment fee. Parking is valet system and the resort is gated. I think it was worth it for a couple of days for us. There are several pools, fire pit and access to a private beach. On some days, beaches along Cabo especially with open sea are not swim-able due to strong waves. We were able to swim in the ocean here due to its location, a mini bay that kind of protected by cliffs. A beautiful property indeed with the arch view from a corner of the property near the ocean."

"Excellent price for a large 2bd 2ba, basic but comfortable with a full size refrigerator, two burner stove, microwave, blender, coffee maker, and toaster. Nothing fancy, but certainly spacious and functional, with a great location if you have a personal vehicle or rental car. Staff were very sweet and helpful. We were just one night between pre-booked hotel weeks, but I would hesitate to return for a longer stay."
