4-Star Hotels in Los Cabos

I stayed at this hotel with my friend. We ordered tacos one day three different types of tacos we're all terrible and expensive I mean really bad. Avoid this hotel June July August September because The pool is like being in a Jacuzzi so hot that whenever you get in the pool you feel like you're going to faint. Also this is kind of cheap and doesn't put fridges the room. The bathroom was very small I will say the air conditioner worked well and the staff were polite. I would not stay here again it's too inconvenient to have to buy an ice chest to refrigerate a beer. This hotel doesn't meet Hilton standards in my mind.

Advantages: The location is OK, close to the airport, in the center of the old city, the facilities are relatively new, relatively clean, and there are more food nearby. Disadvantages: too noisy! ! If you are looking at the sea, it is not recommended to live here, a bit far away.

My experience at the Westin was lovely, with excellent views and a great location. I wouldn't recommend the dinner buffets because they're quite expensive and don't offer much variety. But I would definitely return to this hotel.

The view is incredible! You may see sunrise and sunset at the property. Everything here is great! However, the airport shuttle service is provided for weekends and Monday only. Uber is not allowed to come for the pick up service. The only option to go to the airport is taxi which is $85.

The location of the hotel is directly at the airport with a free shuttle service that takes about five minutes in total. The hotel does what it was built for, giving you a place for the night close to the airport. Book in advance and online via resellers. Looked like local price was much higher. When it comes to check-in, it starts exactly 3pm — not a single minute before. Then there’s a rush and the clerk is overloaded for some time while others at the front desk only looking around. Breakfast, well… that was really poor. But all in all the stay was good.

This is an interesting resort. The location is a fair bit off the main road making it really peaceful. The resort is built on a cliff which means multiple levels of building. The pool was ok but needs a bit of renovation. You can’t swim in the ocean as there are many rocks and hence dangerous. It’s good for couple of nights but personally I wouldn’t want to stay more than that. Like all the resorts in the area everything is pricey and they have a captive audience!

This place is my go to because the owners/investors are present and on top of things and want the place to have a high end esthetic and energy, like with the menu and live music. I get the impression there are always enough people to staff the place efficiently and the beach club has been a huge benefit. The only thing I’ve noticed is the workers love to pass the buck or ignore thats you're waiting. For service. there is no way for the managers know unless they really listen to how the interactions are going. I hope they do this sooner than later. It’s seems amusing to the staffers but is painful as a patron to have to negotiate every time you have a need. Some of the employees are great though. They just do all the work for the people that pass the buck

Slow check in, slow check out, need more professional staff in front desk, the their faces look like they are making you a favor. Need to change that
