Klayman Olivina Aparthotel

Lovely rooms, staff very friendly couldn’t do enough for us. On departure day locked luggage room use of pool and fresh towels given for a shower before we left. Good advice for trips, booked by reception if required. Would definitely recommend!

Stayed here with my partner for a week. Our apartment was great the only one thing was the sofa needed replacing as we were almost sitting on the floor… but other than that it was great. If you are staying at one of the rooms with a balcony then you might find it a tad noisy with the noise from the bar across the road playing live music until late however that did not really bother us. There was a large fan provided which was enough for us. Maybe some tea bags and coffee sachets would had been great but not a big issue. The rooftop bar was fantastic with two happy hours a day and snacks served when we were there. Plenty of places to eat across the road. I cannot recommend Sal Fina enough to eat if you are by the beach, honestly the food was amazing but best to book. The pool was quite busy when we went but there are extra sunbeds past the pool down the stairs which were great. I cannot fault the staff everyone of them was amazing especially a lady who kept us entertained while we were waiting to leave, such a laugh! A local shop I believe called Dialplax was not even a 5 minute walk which was a reasonable price and the bakery was so good! A lovely chilled place for families or couples. We would love to stay here again in the future thank you so much!

Lovely hotel, close to all amenities and the beach. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The bar is great, limited menu but loads of places to eat locally anyway. If you're not staying out late people like us, I would recommend asking for a room at the back. The bars are quite noisy until 12:00, then the bins are emptied about 4 am (this was out experience anyway) we asked to move after the first night and it wasn't a problem. The pool area is quite small but there are other areas to sunbathe equally as nice but again we're not really pool people so we weren't bothered. Los cristianos itself was very busy ALL of the time, if you head to the beach and turn left though there's a cliff you can climb up with great views and to get a bit of peace away from the numerous mobility scooters!! Wear proper shoes though not sandals/ flip-flops. Loved the hotel but not a massive fan of the area, for that reason I wouldn't go again but I'm not a party person so Los Cristianos is not for me.

We had a one bedroom apartment (215) which had everything we needed, good facilities in the kitchen, the balcony was not overlooked and had sunshine in the afternoon. Rooftop pool was good but had limited sunbeds and a wonderful view, as did the Rooftop bar, which served all cocktails and had a happy hour. Very clean and all staff were friendly and helpful.

Just returned from a fabulous Christmas in Tenerife. We stayed here for the first time and loved it!! The apartments are in a brilliant location and opposite a fabulous bar where you can nip across to get your breakfast! It is also next doors to a supermarket and there are countless great bars, restaurants and shops within a 5 minute walk. It is also a 10 minute walk to the beach! The room was spotless and had everything we needed. The bed was comfy and the room was quiet considering we were opposite a bar! The shower was very good and hot!! The maid service was outstanding and we were given a bottle of fizz on Christmas Eve which was a lovely touch! We didn’t use the pool as we went hiking everyday but it looked clean and a rooftop pool is always a good thing! We have already booked for next year!!!!!

We have just returned from our third visit, the hotel is really well located and has everything you need for a great stay from the rooftop pool to the third floor bar with lovely views and great staff. The hotel is extremely clean and housekeeping go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. We would like to give a special mention to the reception team Jimena, Crespo and Ivan who are always on hand to help and always smiling they are a credit to the hotel, Thankyou once again John and Carole for making our stay special
