The hotel maintains a very old structure and the receptionists are very unfriendly, very little courtesy on the part of the service. You may wonder why this title???... and it is because the hotel maintains the decoration, structure and style of the 80's.... but in excellent condition! What I really loved!... the entire hotel was very clean and neat, a very good location near the center and a fabulous breakfast..... it is also worth highlighting the good disposition of its employees, who in my case arrived before check-in. in and they allowed me to leave the car in the garage so I could move around the city of Valdivia with peace of mind.

At checkout on Sunday 8/13/23 THEY FORCED ME TO PAY FOR A FRIGOBAR CONSUMPTION THAT I HAD NOT MADE. There was no hierarchical person to whom to appeal and despite the obvious explanations regarding a consumption of 3000 clp that I would have no reason to deny, the reception employee, tall with a beard and impolite, never tried to solve the situation (in my opinion in hotel had to take care of the error in controlling the contents of the minibar) and I was just wondering how I was going to cancel. He ruined my stay and not because of the money but because of the inconsideration and mistreatment.

Old hotel, expensive for what it is. We had problems in one room because the air conditioning made an unbearable noise during the night. The next day we notified them and they told us to turn it off and open the window if we were hot since the central heating cannot be regulated. Room 118 with the smell of fresh paint!!! impossible to sleep because of the headache!! Old and poor quality bathrooms. I reported the situation to reception and they did not help me at all. I do not recommend it for any reason JES
