You may wonder why this title???... and it is because the hotel maintains the decoration, structure and style of the 80's.... but in excellent condition! What I really loved!... the entire hotel was very clean and neat, a very good location near the center and a fabulous breakfast..... it is also worth highlighting the good disposition of its employees, who in my case arrived before check-in. in and they allowed me to leave the car in the garage so I could move around the city of Valdivia with peace of mind.

Old hotel, expensive for what it is. We had problems in one room because the air conditioning made an unbearable noise during the night. The next day we notified them and they told us to turn it off and open the window if we were hot since the central heating cannot be regulated.
