I stay twice a year in the Hotel Mediteranne for 8 nights at a time. As a solo elderly person with disability needs I feel totally safe and cared for by Eric, Serge and team. Nothing is too much trouble for them. The rooms have air conditioning, are always clean, beds are comfortable and the shower water always hot. The meals are very good even for someone who is "fussy " like me. The only negative for me, but a positive for most people, is the portions of food are huge! An 8 min walk to the Grotto on the flat. The local bus stops at the door for 1 euro. I highly recommend this hotel .

It was absolutely incredible, and the staff were incredibly helpful and very friendly. I was very impressed with everything in beautiful hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is planning a visit to Lourdes. I would advise anyone planning a visit to Lourdes, to book into this beautiful hotel

As someone who travels with the annual Diocese of Hallam pilgrimage to Lourdes, I have become familiar with the Hotel Mediterranee for years. Once again, this year's trip was made even better by this OUTSTANDING hotel! The rooms are kept sparking clean and the menu in the restaurant is second to none! Friendly staff are always ready to greet you with a smile and I'm looking forward to next year's trip.

For sure is not a 4 star Hotel. We could hear all sounds from the other room. We had a triple room with no space even to open the bags. But the worst was the breakfast, almost no option to eat, not even scrambled eggs. There were queues for everything, all tables were dirty. We asked them to clean and they did nothing. When we opened the boiled eggs, it was smelly and with a bad color. They were also trying to charge us two cokes that the other group was drinking last night, not us. Really unpleasant visit, I do not recommend.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. Cannot fault anything. The staff were super friendly and so helpful. The food was great and everything was lovely and clean. Serge and all the staff made us all feel so welcome.

Nice place right on the river close to all you could want to do or see in Lourdes. We spend one night here and were greeted by a gentleman (his first day) who with the help of his coworkers got us all checked in and informed me of all the english channels on the tv. Which I thought was extremely helpful as I usually spend a bit of time looking for them. So kudos to this gentleman for that bit of advice! The room was compact and quite comfortable and the check out process was seamless as we just left out key on the counter. A great place to stay!

We were in Lourdes and stayed at the Hotel Mediterranee. I was disappointed that the bathroom has plastic curtains, and when the guest is going to have breakfast, he cannot sit where he wants and has to wait for the waiter to show which table is intended for the guest. Not pleasant, because sometimes the guest's name is not on any table. The room doesn't have much space.
