Struttura fatiscente( il rubinetto del lavabo si staccava!) e priva dei servizi minimi essenziali, in particolare l’aria condizionata: un’assenza davvero inaccettabile, soprattutto nei mesi estivi. Le camere erano roventi, al limite dell’invivibile — un vero e proprio forno! Il personale addetto al buffet, in particolare un certo Antoine, si è dimostrato estremamente scortese e aggressivo nei confronti degli ospiti: un atteggiamento davvero spiacevole e fuori luogo in un contesto che dovrebbe puntare all’ospitalità. Sconsiglio vivamente questo albergo, soprattutto alle persone anziane o con problemi di salute, data la totale mancanza di comfort. Non torneremo mai più. Ps Le foto delle camere non corrispondono assolutamente alla realtà !

Posizione centralissima, personale accogliente e sempre disponibile. Ambiente piacevole. Ristorazione ottima varia ed abbondante. Ideale per chi vuole vivere l'esperienza di Lourdes in modo pieno. Camere pulite. Servizio eccellente. E' un ottimo 3 stelle, anzi anche di più. Ci tornerò con vero piacere

Da venerdì 9 febbraio a lunedì 12 febbraio 2024 per 3 notti in camera matrimoniale in questa ottima struttura a pochi minuti dal Santuario della Madonna di Lourdes, in pellegrinaggio con gli amici di San Domenico. Camera luminosa, spaziosa e confortevole. Personale disponibile, colazione, pranzo e cena adeguati. Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. Nel ricordo che al ritorno all'aeroporto si presenta il vento forte dei Pirenei che ritarda la partenza. Esperienza intensa, fortissima partecipazione di fedeli, messa in 25.000, bellissimo ricordo del flaumbeaux sotto la pioggia. Lourdes è bella, in tutto!

Dal 21 al 28 settembre 2024 abbiamo soggiornato presso l’Hotel National di Lourdes. Come sempre ci siamo trovati bene. Vogliamo esprimere il nostro ringraziamento a tutto il personale della Direzione e al personale di sala dell’Hotel National, per l’accoglienza, la gentilezza, la disponibilità, pronti a soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta. Dal 25 settembre al 03 ottobre 2023 avevamo la prenotazione presso l’Hotel National di Lourdes, a causa di motivi organizzativi , la Direzione dell’Hotel ci propose a titolo di collaborazione il trasferimento al Miramont Hotel di Lourdes, da noi accettato. Vogliamo ringraziare il personale della Direzione dell’Hotel National per l’ assistenza logistica, la disponibilità e la sistemazione alloggiativa. Abbiamo soggiornato all'Hotel National altre volte e sempre ci siamo trovati molto bene. La struttura alberghiera la consigliamo ad amici.

Nous avons appréciés le personnel et service de l'accueil.
Nous déplorons l'état de la chambre et sa salle de bain (odeur d'urine). Nous avons eu le sentiment d'entrer dans une chambre de personne incontinente d'un Ehpad.
Le petit est une vraie catastrophe (le lait est semblable à de l'eau colorée blanc) et trop peu de produits proposés et/ou alors insipide.
