The hotel location and landscape is top notch for this region. Kids friendly - the indoor playground was amazing! We enjoyed the great service from the staff, especially Ms Xiang, who was very warm hearted and helpful. Can not expect the hotel to be a real 5-star compared to the well developed tourism places, some areas of improvement: many people still smoke inside the facilities - including the public hot spring area, swimming pool, even the hotel lobby. Some of the facilities inside the room are not well maintained - be sure to check them and request for fix or change the room if needed. But for this area, I’d highly recommend this hotel for family stay and a very relaxing experience at a reasonable price.

The room is very big, the deluxe king-size bed room feels like a suite, the bedding is clean and comfortable, but the sound insulation is not good. There are many underground parking spaces, which is convenient for parking. The breakfast is rich in variety, only 25 per person, which is completely a five-star breakfast. However, if it's late, there is basically no drink, only boiled water.

The environment is absolutely amazing. I didn't expect that there is such a beautiful hotel in Lu'an. I like the Chinese style very much. There is a view at every step. Living in it, you can feel the visual sense of an antique garden and modern luxury design. The room is very large. Looking at the flowers in the garden on the balcony is so intoxicating. The front desk service is particularly good. Ms. Sun at the front desk upgraded the lake view room for free. The male manager at the front desk is very enthusiastic. I called to consult about fishing before. He was very patient and gave the children souvenirs before leaving. It was a journey to Banwei, a Chinese garden hotel with aesthetic points everywhere. I look forward to coming again next time!

I took my parents on a trip around China and came to Anhui. We passed through Lu'an on our way back to Xi'an from Huangshan. It was a strange city and a strange hotel, but it really surprised me. Five-star quality. To be honest, coming from Shanghai, the strength of this hotel is better than one-third of the five-star hotels in Shanghai. The strong aroma of American coffee is paired with the authentic Lu'an breakfast delicacy - Qianzhang Bao Youtiao, haha! A dazzling array of fruits of all colors. Every waiter is very professional in their hospitality. I also tried to pack breakfast once, and it was packed properly. The hardware, facilities, services, management, sanitation, and geographical conditions are all first-rate. Takeaways can be delivered directly to the door, which is very convenient! I must give thumbs up to Wanxi Hotel for its value for money!

I returned to Shanghai on the fifth day of the Chinese New Year. I booked a hotel temporarily because of the traffic jam on the highway until after 10 pm. I planned to rest for a night before leaving the next day. The weather was hot during the day, over 20 degrees. I originally planned to turn on the air conditioner to cool down, but the central air conditioner only had heating but no cooling, causing the room temperature to get hotter and hotter. No one told me. I asked the general service desk and they said they didn't turn on the cooling in the entire hotel. Changing rooms didn't work. They sent a fan over. I was angry. Such a high room rate but such poor service! Bad review!!! I have never heard of a hotel with a central air conditioner that can only heat but not cool. I can't even enjoy air conditioning and cooling in a hotel that costs more than 400 yuan a night.

They also prepared ginger slices, check-in snacks and fruits, as well as goodnight milk and nuts. The room has floor heating and is very comfortable. There is a baby bed, so you don't have to worry about falling with your baby~ The stars are beautiful at night, and the snow scene on the mountain in the morning is also beautiful. The breakfast is semi-buffet, with a nine-square grid. A small red envelope was prepared for the baby, which is a beautiful souvenir. I was in a hurry to go home for the Chinese New Year, otherwise I would have stayed a few more nights. I hope to bring my baby here next summer to see fireflies ^_^

It is recommended that the hotel breakfast buffet service, there are guests to eat at the end of the file, individual waiters still have to communicate quietly, do not be next to anyone; The room attendants are also very good and enthusiastic. The personalized service can be more meticulous. If there are leftover items, you can take the initiative to notify you. The needs of the guests are informed, do not add another service, and may be good at doing bad things.
