Friendly staff who helped to organize an ironing station, just a 10 min walk to the old town, modern bathroom although quite tiny, comfortable bed but “German” big pillow was too soft for my taste.

Friendly communication, clean room, beautiful design, delicious breakfast, beautiful windows.
I am very satisfied.
The only disappointment is that there is no hair dryer.

The Altstadt Hotel Lübeck is located in the city center. All shops and attractions are within walking distance. The city's bus network is excellent and frequent.
The hotel has an old building. The interior design is modern, and the rooms are cozy. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was state-of-the-art.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. In the evening, I was able to use the night entrance with my own key. After checking out, my suitcases were stored until the afternoon. Thank you!
