We had a family room which consisted of 2 large double rooms with a good sized bathroom! Excellent location. I contacted the owner prior to our arrival and confirmed our arrival time (11:30). We were able to check in straight away and he confirmed where the best public (free) parking was. This was about a 15 minute walk away from the accommodation. It’s a simple accommodation and not a hotel so don’t be expecting breakfast, a bar, full time reception etc the price reflects these kind of extras. However, if you want a comfortable, clean (large!!) room which is very central for a very reasonable price then this is for you. Otherwise you should look for something more luxurious, pay more (!!) and don’t complain afterwards.

There was no ‘host’, only a man (Pierre) who was there for 5 minutes at check in, 5 minutes when we texted. Refused to call a taxi for us, and instead gave us a phone number that didn’t work. The room was very hot and small, no breeze, and he refused to turn on the AC or provide a fan. There was an outdoor patio, but Pierre didn’t tell us where the keys to access it were located. No breakfast, despite listing as having breakfast. Towels were stiff and rough. No soap. Wi-Fi was weak. The ONLY positives are that it is in a good location and the hair dryer worked well. Certainly NOT a 3 star hotel. Worst accommodation I have ever experienced. Avoid if you can.

Palazzo storico, in pieno centro, comodissimo per viversi a pieno Lucca. Camera spaziosissima, con letto matrimoniale gigantesco e comodo. Bagno spazioso con doppio lavandino e doccia. Armadi capienti, tv, aria condizionata, frigo e angolo caffè molto grazioso. Luminosa e ben arredata. Tutto molto pulito e accurato. Il proprietario ci ha accolti ed è stato molto gentile e disponibile per il check in fuori orario, accontentarci su questa esigenza. Una super tripla. Parcheggi vicini Famiglia con bambini super soddisfatti! Consigliatissimo

Mai sentito prima, il confort di casa propria lontano da casa propria, proprio sulla Francigena e sul Cammino santa Giulia Letto comodo ambiente confortevole vicinissimo al centro personale disponibile, pensiamo proprio che torneremo per farne il punto di partenza per altri itinerari

Ho soggiornato una notte, con famiglia e amici, presso questa struttura. All'arrivo abbiamo avuto una fredda accoglienza da parte del titolare, e scoperto che il soggiorno sarebbe stato al primo piano di un fabbricato ormai datato, che purtroppo non aveva ascensore, (avendo tra noi una persona con disabilità motoria, siamo rimasti un po' delusi). Il titolare con una parvenza di gentilezza ci ha dato una mano a portare su i bagagli, ma in realtà aveva una gran fretta di andare via. Camere ampie ma dotate di bagno molto piccolo o vetusto. Trattasi di vecchio stabile posto nel centro storico, senza possibilità di parcheggio nelle vicinanze. Non soddisfatta.

Posto veramente comodo in centro città. Ideale per una sosta piacevole per visitare Lucca. A 5 minuti dalla piazza centrale, la zona è tranquilla, il ristorate sotto è buono e comodo per serate fugaci sotto la struttura. Il proprietario è cortese e disponibile per tutto. Stanze belle ed eleganti in una cornice raffinata e di classe. Ci torneremo.

Due notti a Lucca in famiglia. Siamo in 4 ed optiamo per la suites. Appena fuori le mura della città. Visuale bellissima sul canale e l'antica porta come da foto. Costo non bassissimo ma per struttura e posizione accettabile. Unica vera pecca l'assenza totale di prima colazione. Neanche concesso un buono per un bar. Da rivedere tale aspetto. Per il resto tutto ok compresa disponibilità di Piero che gestisce la struttura.
