每次來陸良都住這家酒店，酒店環境不錯，乾淨整潔，離城中心很近，出行停車也方便，前台的媛媛小姐姐還幫我升級了房型。旁邊是公園，窗外景色很美。另外酒店的自助早餐也挺不錯的，種類豐富，味道可口。總的來説，值得入住！

在此酒店入住7天，前台給我們低層4樓的房間，但是酒店的2樓有ktv，我們怕吵提出想換樓層，前台說酒店房間都滿了，那沒關係，忍一忍也是能住的。
進到房間後，晚上洗澡，那水龍頭的水像滴水一樣，然後第一晚的冷氣是正常的，到第二天晚上，冷氣吹的風就是熱的，我們叫工程人員上來檢查，那個工程人員還說是我們喝了酒才覺得熱，我們2個女生住的，說我們喝酒了？然後擾亂了好一陣子，才說有空房就會幫我們換。
第3晚通知我們有空房間後，我們就換了6樓的房間，那個冷氣是明顯有差別的，不是吹的熱氣，有點涼涼的，去檢查廁所的水龍頭，水壓也是很正常，那我就想問問酒店，一開始是不是就給了我們有瑕疵的房間？
我們住7天還想著舒舒服服，前2晚遭到如此對待，實在十分失望，酒店ktv到晚上深夜2點還在吵，酒店就不能規定好使用時間嗎？
