Our room's balcony offered a direct, breathtaking view of the snow-capped mountains. The mini-bar was well-stocked with complimentary Coke, mineral water, and beer. They also provided a complimentary sofa bed. While it was quite pricey, it was absolutely worth every penny.

The hotel boasts a beautiful exterior, designed like a grand log cabin. Breakfast was decent, offering a good variety, and I particularly enjoyed the beef meatballs. Our balcony room was excellent; the 'Aige' room type, in particular, had a balcony with a beautiful hillside view. However, the 'Nuowa' room type was underwhelming, as its balcony directly overlooked a large crane and a construction zone, which completely spoiled the scenery.

Location is good, just opposite to the First Mountain cable car station, however, if you want to go to Jungfraujoch, you will need to take the bus to the Terminal station, the shuttle bus to the bus station only has 8 seats, walking to the station is only 5 min. I don't think the hotel rate worth the money unless one is going to stay in the hotel for half day and swim or to use the facilities, the view from the balcony is nice though.

The facilities and service were both pretty average, but its excellent views and prime location really made up for it. The cable car station to Mount First is right across the street.

After dinner at the hotel, I returned to my room. There was a brief sun shower, and to my astonishment, I witnessed the rare spectacle of sun-drenched golden peaks and a beautiful rainbow after the rain. All the fatigue from the journey melted away; it was absolutely worth it. I'm extremely pleased with this hotel. The breakfast was plentiful, the location is convenient, and the service is outstanding. They also offer train station pick-up and drop-off arrangements at any time.

The location is excellent. The cable car station for Mount First is just a 5-minute walk across the street, making it incredibly convenient. Shops and restaurants are also just a short stroll away.
The hotel itself is very clean, though the decor is a bit dated. Paid parking spaces are available.

Right opposite the First cable car station. Our room on the fourth floor offered a partial view of the scenic hillside. However, there was no air conditioning, and it got very hot. It was expensive and didn't offer good value for money.
