衞生條件特別好，房間乾淨整潔，被褥也很乾凈，沒有灰塵，服務也特別好，服務人員從前台到客房，見面就會問好，詢問的問題也會積極幫忙解決，效率超級好，房間也很寬敞，住宿體驗特別好。還有小度智能語音為酒店點贊，以後親戚朋友都會這在這邊。

和女朋友一起來來漯河旅遊，網上選了這家酒店，入住的時候前台工作人員給了兩瓶水，我不太熟練，但工作人員態度特好，進屋發現有一股淡淡的清香，味道挺好聞的，可以看出設施都挺新的，還有智能機器人，體驗算是住過的酒店非常不錯的了，值得這個價！

缺點：衞生極為差勁，雖然説價格便宜，衹住一晚上不求服務多好，衞生是連鎖酒店的基礎吧，枕套地巾污漬、瓷磚泛黃，換房後衞生依然差勁，床單下面的毛髮清晰可見，房間馬桶裏還有頭髮跟紅色印記。小度也不好使，喊了幾遍啥也不會，廊燈都關不住
