I seldom write reviews, but this hotel is a good place to stay. It is close to the center of the county, but not noisy. The hotel has many parking spaces. We arrived late and parking was convenient. We had a lot of luggage. The front desk staff ran out to help with the luggage. Later, we took the clothes to the first floor to wash. The front desk staff said that they could help dry them at night. The next day, they were folded and packed. The service was very good. We had local rice noodles for breakfast, which were nice with the meat sauce. The buffet breakfast was rich. The calligraphy and paintings in the room and next to the elevator were just right. When we checked out, we received local Wogan, which was very sweet. It was a pity that we went too early and there were few rape flowers in bloom, but we went to Jiulong Waterfall and Tangli'ao recommended by the staff. The recommended restaurant was also delicious. However, it is recommended that the hotel provide anti-slip protection: the floor tiles in the shower room are smooth, but there is no anti-slip mat; the disposable slippers in the room are of poor quality and not anti-slip; the external stairs are made of metal and are very slippery due to heavy dew in the morning. I went down the stairs wearing the hotel's disposable slippers and fell directly from the stairs onto the grass on the first floor.

Beautiful place, very quite, clean, soundproof is great though you might as well open the windows and enjoy the sounds of nature. We also tried BBQ for dinner, liked it as well. It was our overnight stop on the way from Lijiang back home. We wanted to stay more :) The stuff and the owner of the hotel were really friendly. The hotel is built on the former runway of the old airport. Very spacious. Nice area to walk around. I liked how the hotel was designed. I also saw a wheelchair at the lobby to accommodate people in need. Very thoughtful. Definitely recommend this place and consider it for future road trips to Yunnan and back.
