Front desk is helpful at all times. Hotel provided simple yet decent breakfast. There is complimentary laundry (wash+dry) 24 hours available. The hotel come with an in house gym, though may not be managed up to par but adequate for use. There is a complimentary afternoon tea for in house guest (drinks+cake+simplesnacks) upon requested.

Conveniently located at the center of the city, the hotel is close to supermarkets, shopping malls and with Luckin coffee and KFC right next door. Room is always clean and tidy. The room is large, clean, and the supplies are of good quality. The staff is attentive and considerate. I fell and injured my right knee joint. The hotel manager arranged for me to have egg noodles for sick people, delivered breakfast to the room, and arranged for staff to buy ice packs to reduce swelling.
