Sofitel Winter Palace Luxor

The window overlooks the river, and the sunset over the Nile is like a dream. There are many exotic trees in the hotel garden, lush and flourishing. The hotel service is great, coordinating the change and upgrade of room types. If there is a chance, I will come back again!

This is the worst international five-star hotel I have ever stayed in! This hotel was built by the Egyptian governor in 1886 and transformed into a hotel in 1977. It was born with luxury, but the service is really bad! The hotel has a long history and the hardware is a bit old, which is understandable. But the software service is really bad. The most basic toothbrush and razor were not provided in the room when I checked in. I went to the temple to play for half a day in the afternoon and came back in the evening, but they were still not replenished. The next day, they were still not replenished in time until I asked at the front desk. The room hygiene service was also bad. It was the same when I left and came back. The shoes were not put right, the clothes were not arranged, the water supply was not enough, and there was unknown black cotton wool on the sheets. The whole stay experience was extremely rubbish, and I could feel the naked discrimination against Chinese people. I will never come again! I will never stay in a Sofitel brand hotel again in the future
