The tour attendant at the hotel, Abdul, is a complete fraud. He sold us a Luxor tour for 55 dollars. When we got in the taxi, we saw that it was not a tour but just a transport. And the air conditioning of the vehicle was not working, can you imagine, it was 50 degrees inside the vehicle. They said that this was a sudden malfunction, but this is not true. The air conditioning was broken from the beginning. Even if it was true, they did not inform us that the air conditioning was not working. We asked them to compensate for this, they could have at least given us a small refund, but this time Abdul lied to us and said that we had underpaid him in the first place. This is a big lie because we said we would pay in dollars and he showed us the total payment on the calculator. So there is no way we have underpaid. Definitely do not buy a tour from the tour attendant at this hotel, Abdul. We are currently traveling in a taxi at 50 degrees!!!

I wish I could give it a 0 but hey.
Had originally booked for 2 nights however the treatment from staff was poor throughout.
Some occasions:
- asked for assistance to book a taxi. Staff refused saying they would not get enough of a cut to make it worth his while to call a taxi.
- bed sheets were bloodstained - they refused to accept the complaint
- no WiFi - technically it appears in the lobby but good luck using it. It won’t even appear from the rooms
And worst case. I checked out a day early due to these aforementioned problems. They confirmed cancellation and said I’d get the money back. I accept and leave. Then they tell trip that actually they didn’t check me out and so refused to accept a cancellation..

The hotel was good for the price, the view from the room was great and it was clean. Breakfast was OK. Booked a double but they gave us a twin but it was easy to push the beds together. If you’re particular, you probably wouldn’t stay here but if you understand that you get what you pay for, this hotel is great.

I appreciated the lovely breakfast spread and the friendly and welcoming demeanor of most of the staff. The view of the Nile was stunning; however, I did find the area to be a little concerning at night. It would be helpful if guests were informed about the ongoing construction ahead of time, as the noise was quite disruptive during my stay. Additionally, I noticed that the AC in my room wasn't functioning properly, which impacted my comfort. Lastly, I found the reception staff to be a bit stiff and could benefit from a more approachable attitude. Also, it would be great to have wifi access beyond the lobby.

This is the hotel I am most satisfied with during my one-week stay in Egypt. The staff are very patient, the environment is very good, the garden is beautiful, the security is also very good, and drivers with luggage are not allowed to enter, so it is very safe. The most unexpected thing is that there is also a Chinese restaurant. The scenery on the banks of the Nile is beautiful. I don't know where the bad reviews in the comments come from. I found a random hotel for over 500 yuan a night. It was totally different from what I imagined. The room was shabby, the bathroom was leaking, and the service attitude was very slow and lazy. They checked my order but didn't give me a room. They asked me to wait and didn't tell me what time it was. I had to go to a nearby place for lunch. Fortunately, this restaurant saved my confidence.
