"All the staff were very warm and polite, always waving hello and goodbye whenever we left or returned 👋🏻. The hotel offers convenient private transfers to all destinations. We went there to celebrate my daughter's birthday, and the hotel thoughtfully prepared a 6-inch cake 🎂. The facilities are excellent, with several play areas that kids love, and adults can enjoy movie screenings and art spaces. There are also three water parks to explore 👙. The only slight downside of this trip was that the lighting in the hotel room made it very difficult to do makeup. Even with all the lights on, it was still dim 🌌, and the vanity mirror didn't have a light. Also, after coming back from an outing, I noticed that some trash was still left in the room after cleaning. This might be something they need to pay more attention to. Nevertheless, we were very satisfied with the overall hotel experience! 🥹🥹"

"This is a fantastic family-friendly hotel! The all-inclusive package is great, and two days simply aren't enough to explore everything in the park. My child is already asking to come back! Before we arrived, a butler added us on WeChat, so we could easily contact them with any requests or questions. A big thanks to our butler, Doudou, for checking in with us these past two days – so thoughtful! It was also my child and husband's birthdays this month, and the hotel surprised us with a cake for an early celebration, which was a lovely surprise for my child."
