"This five-star hotel left me with truly mixed feelings. The trouble began when I tried to book the airport transfer; the system showed it was out of the service area. I only later found out offline that this 'Wenzhou' hotel isn't actually in Wenzhou, but is located in Yongjia County. Upon entering the room, we were very pleasantly surprised. The suite was incredibly spacious, easily the size of three standard rooms elsewhere, and the bathroom, in particular, was absolutely massive. Housekeeping even arranged leaves to spell out a welcome message, a truly thoughtful and attentive touch. Our joy, however, was short-lived. Breakfast the next morning brought our entire family down; we suspect some unhygienic food caused everyone to suffer from diarrhea all day, severely impacting our plans for the following day. We reported it to the front desk, but they simply recorded it. By evening, during happy hour, the hotel pleasantly surprised us by sending up a sumptuous dinner, complete with desserts and fruits. This generous gesture surprisingly managed to whet the appetite of our family, who hadn't been able to eat anything all day. Later that evening, we tried out the swimming pool, whose facilities were also very impressive. However, despite the quality facilities, the Wi-Fi simply wouldn't connect, and the satellite TV was virtually useless. It feels like a hotel that genuinely strives for excellence and puts a lot of effort into its service, but it just falls slightly short of a true five-star experience."

"Smith deserves praise! From helping with luggage to recommending hot spring pools, he was incredibly attentive and helpful throughout the entire process. He even reminded the children about their rubbing and dyeing activities. He was like an old friend, and his family-friendly duplex suite is incredibly caring! The two floors are clearly divided. The kids had a blast playing on the first-floor slide, while we enjoyed the mountain views from our couch on the second floor. Bamboo shadows swayed outside the floor-to-ceiling windows, and morning mist drifted through the window frames, creating a breathtaking scene reminiscent of an ink-and-wash animation. The hotel itself is a walking landscape painting, with crape myrtle paths leading the way, Song-style gardens scattered throughout, and 25 hot spring pools nestled among the rocks and bamboo forests. Soaking in the 52°C natural strontium springs, looking up at the starry sky, I felt like I was part of a painting. It was truly an amazing experience!"
