"The environment is fine and the scenery is beautiful. The room is a bit small. Whatever you do, don't leave the door open! If you do, close it immediately. I forgot to close it and a mouse ran in late at night and crawled on me, which scared me to death! I called the hotel and they sent someone to catch it."

"Once at the hotel, I thoroughly enjoyed my time, everyone is so friendly of course again Ola and Lorraine greeted me and take care of me during the stay. At the swimming pool, Mongkonpat and Zaher there were exceptional—always attentive and friendly, ensuring that every need was met with professionalism and a smile. Their service truly enhanced my relaxation and enjoyment of the facilities for my family. Leah stood out with her outstanding hospitality in the resturant. She was always welcoming, quick reaction and knows what we want, and provided excellent care throughout every meal and also another gentleman as well. Overall, the Chedi Hegra team exceeded my expectations. Their kindness, professionalism, and personal touches made my stay both comfortable and memorable. I am grateful for their efforts and look forward to returning in the future. Small suggestions: I have a small suggestion regarding the bicycles. Having bicycles are wonderful expereience from the hotel. However, The bikes provided were quite difficult to adjust, and the position of the pedals—being very close to the frame—made it hard for the kids to ride comfortably. More maintenance, and offering a greater variety of bicycle sizes or types for young guests and asian ladies like me with lower bicycles will be even better."

"The views are spectacular, making you feel like you're on another planet. The Mirror Music Hall is very close by, and the hotel service is excellent. While the breakfast options aren't extensive, everything is incredibly fresh, clean, and hygienic. The food at the Chinese and Western restaurants is also good. My room was the closest to the restaurant and pool, and it was quite noisy with people singing at night. I had to call the front desk for it to stop."

"The accommodation experience was unique and interesting. Although the room was small, it was fully equipped. Showering and grooming were a bit inconvenient due to the cramped space. The view from the sun loungers was average. There were flies indoors. The furniture in the public facilities had a classic cultural feel, and watching the movie projected onto the rocks at night was very atmospheric. The art installations in the main building also incorporated local cultural elements, some of which were interactive. These all added to the enjoyment of the stay. The staff were friendly, and the staff at the main building were very attentive. Breakfast was included and was excellent."

"This hotel is truly delightful. The staff is very welcoming, sharing a story and offering a brief tour before check-in. The ambiance is magical, largely due to the reliance on candlelight rather than extensive electricity. The breakfast is absolutely wonderful. My only minor reservation was the pervasive presence of the SAB bank logo. While subtle, once noticed, it became apparent in nearly every design element throughout the hotel. Nevertheless, I would wholeheartedly rate this experience a perfect 10/10, particularly for those who appreciate its unique charm and atmosphere."
