I stayed one night at Capsule Hotel - Lucerne Old Town and had such a comfortable experience.
The check-in process was super simple and smooth. I had some trouble opening my locker (twice, actually!), but each time the staff was incredibly kind and patiently helped me without hesitation — their warm attitude really stood out.
My capsule was near the main door to the room, so I thought it might be noisy. But even when I was awake, I only noticed the sound of someone entering faintly, and I couldn’t hear anything while I was asleep. The capsules were impressively sound-insulated and felt very private and peaceful — which I know is something many capsule hotel guests care about.
The shared kitchen was also easy to use, with a microwave, dishes, pepper, and other basics available — a nice bonus for a short stay. One small note: the power outlet inside the capsule is a Type C only, so be sure to bring the right adapter if you need one.
The space was clean, modern, and felt very safe. I would absolutely stay again if I return to Lucerne. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Very good check-in experience, easy check-in, clean bathroom and toilet, large lockers for luggage. The capsule is very comfortable and quiet. I was worried about being closed, but I slept for 12 hours on the first day. It is very suitable for people traveling alone.

This is my favorite hostel on this solo trip to Europe. The front desk is very warm and friendly. The capsule is very large and can hold bags. Luggage storage is also free. All access is encrypted and you don't need to carry a door card with you at all times. The room is ventilated at all times and there is no odor. It is very comfortable. In addition to basic toiletries, the washing area also provides body lotion! The decoration is very cute, Peter Pan, the Little Prince, etc.

This is a creative and relaxing space. Perfect for solo travellers and groups. The team were superb. They really care about your experience, even remembering how you like your tea/coffee in the morning. The hotel is immaculate and for someone who wouldn't normally consider staying somewhere where I shared bathroom facilities, I would stay again. The capsules themselves are comfy, have enough room to store some personal belongings and you also have lockers for anything larger you need to store.
