Capsule Hotel - Lucerne Old Town
"Everything was perfect. The capsules were clean and well-maintained, and the bedding smelled fresh. The bathrooms were clean and had everything you needed, including shower gel and shampoo in every cubicle. The staff was helpful. The rooms where the capsules are located were quiet and cozy. Next to each capsule, there's a shelf where you can leave your shoes and other essentials. This was my first time staying in a hotel like this, and I would definitely use it again. All areas are accessed with a personal code, which opens both the main room and the individual capsules. There are also lockers in the corridor where you can store your suitcase. The system is easy and intuitive :) You can do your own check-in and check-out. I highly recommend it to everyone :)"
Barabas Lucerne ★★
"It was indeed an uncomfortable stay, especially since it was hot when we visited. The room felt stuffy. We only chose it because it was cheap."
Hotel Luzernerhof ★★★★
"A walk from the station is a little bit longer than expected but location is good"
The Lubo - Self Check-in ★★★
"Good location and has washing machines and dryers for a small fee. However, there’s no kettle in the room, and most shops nearby are closed on weekends."
Hotel Thorenberg ★★★
"The room was very cozy, with views of the farmers' cattle and horses right outside the window—a wonderfully quiet and natural environment. The breakfast was plentiful. The location is very convenient; it's just a short ride (about ten minutes) on the S6 train from the city center train station, and a few hundred meters from the stop."
Waldstaetterhof Swiss Quality Hotel Lucerne ★★★
"very welcoming and helpful staff. location is really close to the station, old town and major grocery stores. no air con due to historical building but they would provide fans."
Capsule Hotel - Lucerne Thelab
"It was a hotel that was difficult to use."
Hotel Seeburg Luzern ★★★★
"Room with lake and mountain view. Love this place."
Hotel Astoria ★★★★
"Everything was just perfect - the location is very convenient to trains and buses and walking distance to local stores and shops. The hotel service is really commendable - our requests were met swiftly and very cordial staff. Breakfast is good as well - remains the same throughout but thats a standard here."

Hotel Schweizerhof Luzern
"Nice hotel, with a great sense of history. The facilities aren't new but are very well-maintained."
The Hotel Lucerne, Autograph Collection
"It take almost 10 minutes for the four of us the reach this hotel from the train station since we were carrying 2 medium-large and 2 small luggages. The Hotel Lucerne located in the central area and many attractions of Lucerne are within walking distance. So many restaurants, Cafes and Bistros nearby. Upon our arrival, we got a surprise : I got upgraded to Corner Suite facing the small garden, Library of Lucerne and a Church. The front office provide all the information we need to see the city; the way she explained made us rushing the the city right after we settled our room. Check in and check out was very quick and seamless. I really enjoy the breakfast as guests can choose some menus from the kitchen and the staff prepare them to our liking. Room was spacious, very well decorated (although at the first night my wife was a bit disturbed by the painting or picture on the ceiling). And I got a very pleasant and unforgettable memory : on the second day, the four staffs on duty drop by on our breakfast table for wishing myself a great and wonderful birthday. And I still keep the card presented to me. Thank you for make our stay and visit in Lucerne memorable. So, in conclusion : Perfect"
Mandarin Oriental Palace, Luzern
"1 of the most grand & luxurious hotels I've stayed in Switzerland. Very international standard. The room is very comfortable & very high end. They gave complimentary chocolates, toothbrushes (the only hotel that provided these in the whole of my Switzerland trip) & Dyson hairdryer. The service from the staffs here is top notch! The spa is the best quality! My wife & I really enjoyed our time using the sauna, steam room & relaxation area. We went back twice. Also celebrated my wife's birthday at Minamo Restaurant. Best Japanese Omakase dinner we ever had. My wife & I discussed on how are we ever gonna look at Japanese food the same ever again."
Renaissance Lucerne Hotel
"Very poor service, unreasonable hotel."
Château Gütsch
"good view and wonderful room."
HERMITAGE Lake Lucerne - Beach Club & Lifestyle Hotel
"Awesome hotel! There is a lake view outside the window. The hotel has its own lawn where you can lie down and enjoy the lake view and sauna. The hotel staff are very friendly and helped us with the reservation. There is a No. 24 bus at the hotel entrance that goes directly to the train station entrance. There is a bus every 10 minutes, and the transportation is very convenient (the hotel provides free bus tickets). Highly recommended!"
Grand Hotel National Luzern
"Friendly staff, great value for money, and all the workers were excellent."
Luzern Youth Hostel
"location: need to get there by bus from the city centre, and walk 5-10 minutes hostel itself: they dont have lift and i wish i knew this before booking it. the room we got was on level 3. imagine the surprise that we have to drag our suitcases up the stairs to level 3 breakfast: is just ok"
AMERON Luzern Hotel Flora
"There was no electric kettle in the room, and after I replied to their questionnaire in the email, they immediately delivered one to my room the next day. I did not know how to operate the coffee machine. The service man also came to show us how. The safe battery was low, and the safe gave out a beeping sound and blinking light. I informed the reception that night and the service man came the next day to fix it."
Hotel Monopol Luzern
"Big shoutout to Kilian! We checked in late at night, and luckily, we met Kilian, who was so warm, gentlemanly, and kind. He spoke a bit slower, probably to make sure we understood everything, and he was patient and smiling throughout our entire interaction. His attitude was excellent! He even greeted us proactively whenever we saw him. The hotel itself is decent; the rooms are quite spacious, which is nice. However, the facilities are a bit old; the floor in our room creaked when we walked on it. The breakfast selection wasn't extensive, not much to choose from, and the taste was pretty average."
Hotel Royal Luzern
"There's an uphill section, but the view room I chose was wonderful; sitting on the balcony every day was incredibly relaxing. The front desk service was excellent, and the German "pizza" at the hotel's on-site bar, which they recommended, was delicious. Thanks for the professional advice! Overall, a great stay, highly recommended."
Grand Hotel Europe
"It's very close to the lake, and there's a bus stop right outside, which is very convenient."
Villa Maria
"Considering it's in Lucerne, the location and facilities are good for the price."
The Bed + Breakfast
Hotel des Alpes
"The location is unbeatable, and the breakfast is delicious. The room has a nice view."
