The location was very accessible to the city central, the promenade, eateries, supermarket (migros/ coop around 10-15 mins in the old town) ! The hotel owner was very kind, friendly and prompt in their replies!
The hotel was so clean, equipment was up to date and new! Love the washing machine it was super easy to use and also convenient for us to wash clothes in the house. Room was spacious and the view was extremely beautiful especially for sunrise and sun set! It is great for a family up to 6 as there was 3 bed rooms!
The room service person was also very kind!

We recently stayed at The Grand Hotel and had a mostly positive experience.
The location was very convenient for exploring the city, and we really enjoyed the buffet breakfast which had a good variety of tasty options.
However, there was one significant problem that impacted our stay: the air conditioner in our room was extremely loud. The noise and vibration made it very difficult to sleep through the night. We had to choose between being too warm or dealing with the disruptive sound.
Because of this, our stay was good, but not restful. If you are a light sleeper, I would recommend requesting a room with a recently serviced or quieter AC unit, or perhaps visiting during a cooler season when you might not need to use it.

The hotel has a very cozy overall feel. The rooms aren't huge, but they're clean, and there's plenty of hot water. Breakfast was a highlight. It's close to Florence's main district, making it convenient for sightseeing, and the Ponte Vecchio isn't far either. Overall, a good experience!

It's okay to stay overnight within 10 minutes walk from Lucerne Station. It's close. Good to carry a suitcase. It is a good place to leave your luggage before check-in. And on the first floor, we had a restaurant, and they gave us a restaurant coupon, and they didn't use it.
There was no electric pot in the room. I think there was a coffee machine.
When you go out, it's good to go to the Capel Bridge right in front of you. There is Starbucks next to it.

The pictures are all views from the window. See the beautiful scenery of Lake Lucerne. Because it is this, we evaluate 5 stars. The hotel is 4 stars in size and has the same facilities as the domestic express hotel. The room is quite large in Switzerland. The balcony is very nice to see the lake. It takes 8 or 9 minutes to get to the lake. There are more places to eat around, and the bus is still close. Go to the hotel to take the little cable car. The breakfast variety is too small, 30 Swiss francs a person, it is really cheaper, it is the simplest breakfast in the entire Swiss itinerary. The breakfast restaurant can see the lake, it is still good. The overall layout of the hotel is very good, people like it very much, the hotel service is also very good. Specifically, the hotel has a shuttle bus, saying that it can only be sent to the bus station from the hotel, and then take the bus to the train station. The driver actually sent us directly to the train station that day, touching. Lucerne is not big, the hotel location is OK, and it is convenient to go anywhere.

TING TINGA few minutes walk from Lake Lucerne. The apartment is a two-story loft. One bed downstairs. Two beds upstairs. The bed is opposite the skylight. The apartment facilities are perfect. You can cook your own meals and have a small terrace. The small wine room is a simple color of wood and white. Overall the house is very satisfied, but there is a little dissatisfaction because the room was already set up without giving the apartment building password and room password in advance. I ca n’t go downstairs to hit the owner. The phone didn't work, and I was trapped downstairs twice before and after waiting for a resident in the building to open the door before we could get in. The service was not very good.

Outside the apartment window is Lake Lucerne! In the evening, sit in front of the window and watch people eat, drink and chat in the restaurant by the lake. In the morning, sit in front of the window and drink a cup of coffee to watch the birds fly by the lake in the morning. Super beautiful! The city of Switzerland is so beautiful!
About 15 minutes walk from the train station. There is a big supermarket underground at the train station. I bought steak and salmon back to the apartment to fry. The kitchen utensils and tableware should be complete, which is too convenient.
The room is large in size, with a large room with 2 double beds in the living room and dining room, and a separate small room with a double bed.
Not satisfied is that 11 o'clock to check out, 11 o'clock cleaning staff came to knock on the door, scared. However, many hotels abroad are going to check out at 11 o'clock. In addition, there is no luggage storage service, which is not convenient for tourists. Fortunately, I found a luggage storage cabinet on the platform of the train station.
In addition, the location of the hotel is not very easy to find, the door is very small, it is a small alley on a small slope.

We booked three rooms for a family trip. After comparing for a long time, this is the most satisfactory hotel we have stayed in Switzerland. Although there are not many small rooms, it is very convenient to get in and out. It is near the train station and the hotel facilities are very new. If you like creative hotels, don't miss this one. The king-size bed room is very comfortable, and the toiletries are all L'Occitane, which is very good for people like me who pursue quality and have a relative cleanliness obsession. The key is that the children are very satisfied!

魔女三号babykikileeThe hotel is about 10 minutes away from the bus station and the railway station, so it is easy to find. The room booked can accommodate 4 people, but we only have 3 people. When filling in the information, we also fill in the information for 3 people. However, the city tax was charged for 4 people when the deduction was made. Fortunately, Ctrip's customer service communicated successfully with the refund. In addition, you should pay attention to the email sent when you check in. Check in on the email. The electronic version of the Lucerne City Transport Card will be sent to you by email almost 2 days before arrival. You can take the city bus for free, but in fact, no one checks the ticket. The key is also self-service, and the key box is at the door of the apartment. You need a password to get the key, but the hotel confirmation number sent by Ctrip is not a password, and you can't find the password when you look for the email. There is a talker next to the key box, you can press the button to find help. Just report the name and other information, the service staff tells you the password and you can get the key. You need to use the sensor card on the key to open the door and the elevator. The apartment booked was good, with three single beds, a sofa bed, balcony, kitchen, and toilet, but there were relatively few sockets. There is a supermarket next door downstairs, open from 8 to 18:00. The price is cheaper than the supermarket in the city. very convenient.
