"Even after arriving at the address, it was difficult to find the entrance to the accommodation. This was because there was no separate check-in counter.
While I was fidgeting and parking out front, a staff member appeared and kindly helped me, but the room hadn't been cleaned, so I had to wait for about an hour.
The sofa bed was usually installed at other accommodations, but here, I had to set it up myself, including the bedding.
The room was also smaller than I expected, so the value wasn't great."

"The pictures are all views from the window. See the beautiful scenery of Lake Lucerne. Because it is this, we evaluate 5 stars. The hotel is 4 stars in size and has the same facilities as the domestic express hotel. The room is quite large in Switzerland. The balcony is very nice to see the lake. It takes 8 or 9 minutes to get to the lake. There are more places to eat around, and the bus is still close. Go to the hotel to take the little cable car. The breakfast variety is too small, 30 Swiss francs a person, it is really cheaper, it is the simplest breakfast in the entire Swiss itinerary. The breakfast restaurant can see the lake, it is still good. The overall layout of the hotel is very good, people like it very much, the hotel service is also very good. Specifically, the hotel has a shuttle bus, saying that it can only be sent to the bus station from the hotel, and then take the bus to the train station. The driver actually sent us directly to the train station that day, touching. Lucerne is not big, the hotel location is OK, and it is convenient to go anywhere."

The location is incredibly convenient, being very close to Lucerne train station and all the major attractions, with a bus stop right outside. I absolutely loved the hotel's decor. The room was very spacious, and they provided a full range of amenities including shower caps, slippers, shampoo, and shower gel. (Toothbrushes and toothpaste, however, need to be requested from the front desk.) Plus, there were complimentary snacks and drinks specially prepared for guests!
The hotel breakfast was delicious, and if you're not keen on the buffet, they also offer an à la carte menu. Additionally, the hotel also boasts exceptionally delicious Chinese cuisine (though be warned, it's quite expensive).
The hotel is right by Lake Lucerne, and it's truly idyllic to just sit on the balcony, feel the breeze, and enjoy a drink when you have some downtime. 😌 Overall, this is easily the most satisfying hotel I've stayed at in Switzerland.
The only drawback? It's a bit pricey, haha!

GGuest UserWe booked three rooms for a family trip. After comparing for a long time, this is the most satisfactory hotel we have stayed in Switzerland. Although there are not many small rooms, it is very convenient to get in and out. It is near the train station and the hotel facilities are very new. If you like creative hotels, don't miss this one. The king-size bed room is very comfortable, and the toiletries are all L'Occitane, which is very good for people like me who pursue quality and have a relative cleanliness obsession. The key is that the children are very satisfied!

TTING TINGA few minutes walk from Lake Lucerne. The apartment is a two-story loft. One bed downstairs. Two beds upstairs. The bed is opposite the skylight. The apartment facilities are perfect. You can cook your own meals and have a small terrace. The small wine room is a simple color of wood and white. Overall the house is very satisfied, but there is a little dissatisfaction because the room was already set up without giving the apartment building password and room password in advance. I ca n’t go downstairs to hit the owner. The phone didn't work, and I was trapped downstairs twice before and after waiting for a resident in the building to open the door before we could get in. The service was not very good.

The electronic version of the Lucerne City Transport Card will be sent to you by email almost 2 days before arrival. You can take the city bus for free, but in fact, no one checks the ticket. The key is also self-service, and the key box is at the door of the apartment. You need a password to get the key, but the hotel confirmation number sent by Ctrip is not a password, and you can't find the password when you look for the email. There is a talker next to the key box, you can press the button to find help. Just report the name and other information, the service staff tells you the password and you can get the key. You need to use the sensor card on the key to open the door and the elevator. The apartment booked was good, with three single beds, a sofa bed, balcony, kitchen, and toilet, but there were relatively few sockets. Service: We arrived around 5 or 6 AM, and the hotel lobby was spacious enough to relax on the comfortable sofas. The receptionist (very pretty, elegant, and friendly) helped us with our luggage, freshen up, and gave us free bus tickets for Lucerne. The breakfast staff were also incredibly friendly, thank you! We loved it.
Cleanliness: Quite clean.
Environment: Very close to the train station, easy to find, quiet, and convenient.
Facilities: The room was a bit old, but considering the price, breakfast included, and the convenience, it was truly excellent value for money. By the way, booking overseas hotels through Ctrip is even cheaper than ***********.
In short, extremely, extremely, extremely satisfied!
