"The pictures are all views from the window. See the beautiful scenery of Lake Lucerne. Because it is this, we evaluate 5 stars. The hotel is 4 stars in size and has the same facilities as the domestic express hotel. The room is quite large in Switzerland. The balcony is very nice to see the lake. It takes 8 or 9 minutes to get to the lake. There are more places to eat around, and the bus is still close. Go to the hotel to take the little cable car. The breakfast variety is too small, 30 Swiss francs a person, it is really cheaper, it is the simplest breakfast in the entire Swiss itinerary. The breakfast restaurant can see the lake, it is still good. The overall layout of the hotel is very good, people like it very much, the hotel service is also very good. Specifically, the hotel has a shuttle bus, saying that it can only be sent to the bus station from the hotel, and then take the bus to the train station. The driver actually sent us directly to the train station that day, touching. Lucerne is not big, the hotel location is OK, and it is convenient to go anywhere."

The location was very accessible to the city central, the promenade, eateries, supermarket (migros/ coop around 10-15 mins in the old town) ! The hotel owner was very kind, friendly and prompt in their replies!
The hotel was so clean, equipment was up to date and new! Love the washing machine it was super easy to use and also convenient for us to wash clothes in the house. Room was spacious and the view was extremely beautiful especially for sunrise and sun set! It is great for a family up to 6 as there was 3 bed rooms!
The room service person was also very kind!

The hotel has a very cozy overall feel. The rooms aren't huge, but they're clean, and there's plenty of hot water. Breakfast was a highlight. It's close to Florence's main district, making it convenient for sightseeing, and the Ponte Vecchio isn't far either. Overall, a good experience!

Hotel des Balances is a beautiful blend of history and modern comfort, right in the heart of Lucerne’s Old Town. The location is unbeatable — you can walk to the Chapel Bridge, Jesuit Church, and plenty of shops and restaurants within minutes. My room was stylish and very clean, with a wonderful view over the river. The historic facade and murals give the hotel real charm, while the interiors feel elegant and well cared for.
The staff were warm, professional, and genuinely helpful — from check-in to recommendations around the city
Overall, a fantastic hotel if you want charm, comfort, and a prime location in Lucerne. Highly recommended, especially if you can book a river-view room!

Ting Ying GohI had a wonderful stay at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Lucerne, but what truly stood out was the amazing staff and their exceptional service. After I checked out, I realized I had accidentally left behind my little plushie elephant, which means a lot to me. The team kindly helped search for it, found it, and even arranged to send it to my next hotel, completely complimentary.
I’m incredibly grateful to the staff for their prompt help, thoughtful follow-up, and genuine kindness throughout the whole process. Their willingness to go the extra mile really meant a lot to me. Thank you so much to the team for the wonderful service and care!

TING TINGA few minutes walk from Lake Lucerne. The apartment is a two-story loft. One bed downstairs. Two beds upstairs. The bed is opposite the skylight. The apartment facilities are perfect. You can cook your own meals and have a small terrace. The small wine room is a simple color of wood and white. Overall the house is very satisfied, but there is a little dissatisfaction because the room was already set up without giving the apartment building password and room password in advance. I ca n’t go downstairs to hit the owner. The phone didn't work, and I was trapped downstairs twice before and after waiting for a resident in the building to open the door before we could get in. The service was not very good.

Outside the apartment window is Lake Lucerne! In the evening, sit in front of the window and watch people eat, drink and chat in the restaurant by the lake. In the morning, sit in front of the window and drink a cup of coffee to watch the birds fly by the lake in the morning. Super beautiful! The city of Switzerland is so beautiful!
About 15 minutes walk from the train station. There is a big supermarket underground at the train station. I bought steak and salmon back to the apartment to fry. The kitchen utensils and tableware should be complete, which is too convenient.
The room is large in size, with a large room with 2 double beds in the living room and dining room, and a separate small room with a double bed.
Not satisfied is that 11 o'clock to check out, 11 o'clock cleaning staff came to knock on the door, scared. However, many hotels abroad are going to check out at 11 o'clock. In addition, there is no luggage storage service, which is not convenient for tourists. Fortunately, I found a luggage storage cabinet on the platform of the train station.
In addition, the location of the hotel is not very easy to find, the door is very small, it is a small alley on a small slope.

We booked three rooms for a family trip. After comparing for a long time, this is the most satisfactory hotel we have stayed in Switzerland. Although there are not many small rooms, it is very convenient to get in and out. It is near the train station and the hotel facilities are very new. If you like creative hotels, don't miss this one. The king-size bed room is very comfortable, and the toiletries are all L'Occitane, which is very good for people like me who pursue quality and have a relative cleanliness obsession. The key is that the children are very satisfied!

I really like this hotel very much, first of all, I have a sense of design! Every detail has a small idea. Sitting by the bed and watching the city is the most relaxing moment these days. I feel like Xu Zhimo. The room was clean and the bath water was very large and comfortable, and it was direct drinking water. The water quality in the faucet was very good. The waiter is very friendly and the English is good! A direct road from the train station takes 7 or 8 minutes, it is recommended
