"Even after arriving at the address, it was difficult to find the entrance to the accommodation. This was because there was no separate check-in counter.

The sofa bed was usually installed at other accommodations, but here, I had to set it up myself, including the bedding.
The room was also smaller than I expected, so the value wasn't great."

KKakakaka1111This was the fifth hotel on my trip to Switzerland. It's two bus stops from the train station, but conveniently located right by the stop, so getting there wasn't an issue. The hotel clearly exudes a rich history and old-world charm, with its luxurious European-style decor. I had a bit of trouble initially finding the right entrance and the front desk within the building. I'd actually booked a city view room, but the front desk upgraded me to a stunning lake view room – seriously, you *must* book a lake view! The terrace views were absolutely breathtaking!! The room itself wasn't huge, but it did have air conditioning. The bathroom was a tad small, mainly due to a large, rather useless cabinet taking up unnecessary space.

GGuest UserThe hotel has a very cozy overall feel. The rooms aren't huge, but they're clean, and there's plenty of hot water. Breakfast was a highlight. It's close to Florence's main district, making it convenient for sightseeing, and the Ponte Vecchio isn't far either. Overall, a good experience!

The hotel is 4 stars in size and has the same facilities as the domestic express hotel. The room is quite large in Switzerland. The balcony is very nice to see the lake. It takes 8 or 9 minutes to get to the lake. There are more places to eat around, and the bus is still close. Go to the hotel to take the little cable car. The breakfast variety is too small, 30 Swiss francs a person, it is really cheaper, it is the simplest breakfast in the entire Swiss itinerary. The breakfast restaurant can see the lake, it is still good. The overall layout of the hotel is very good, people like it very much, the hotel service is also very good. Specifically, the hotel has a shuttle bus, saying that it can only be sent to the bus station from the hotel, and then take the bus to the train station. The driver actually sent us directly to the train station that day, touching. Lucerne is not big, the hotel location is OK, and it is convenient to go anywhere.

GGuest UserWe booked three rooms for a family trip. After comparing for a long time, this is the most satisfactory hotel we have stayed in Switzerland. Although there are not many small rooms, it is very convenient to get in and out. It is near the train station and the hotel facilities are very new. If you like creative hotels, don't miss this one. The king-size bed room is very comfortable, and the toiletries are all L'Occitane, which is very good for people like me who pursue quality and have a relative cleanliness obsession. The key is that the children are very satisfied!

TTING TINGA few minutes walk from Lake Lucerne. The apartment is a two-story loft. One bed downstairs. Two beds upstairs. The bed is opposite the skylight. The apartment facilities are perfect. You can cook your own meals and have a small terrace. The small wine room is a simple color of wood and white. Overall the house is very satisfied, but there is a little dissatisfaction because the room was already set up without giving the apartment building password and room password in advance. I ca n’t go downstairs to hit the owner. The phone didn't work, and I was trapped downstairs twice before and after waiting for a resident in the building to open the door before we could get in. The service was not very good.
