"Even after arriving at the address, it was difficult to find the entrance to the accommodation. This was because there was no separate check-in counter.
While I was fidgeting and parking out front, a staff member appeared and kindly helped me, but the room hadn't been cleaned, so I had to wait for about an hour.
The sofa bed was usually installed at other accommodations, but here, I had to set it up myself, including the bedding.
The room was also smaller than I expected, so the value wasn't great."

"The hotel's location is fantastic, just across the street from the train station. However, the room's layout prioritizes aesthetics over functionality; for instance, there's no luggage rack. The bed was reasonably comfortable. A nearby church chimes on the hour, which affected my ability to sleep early while adjusting to the time difference. The breakfast was quite basic, offering pretty average value for money."

Amazing
AAnonymous UserVery good apar**ent, it is a self-check-in apar**ent type, there is no front desk, the room is in a very good location, the lake view is very beautiful, and dining and transportation nearby are also relatively convenient, which is very suitable for family travel.
KKakakaka1111This was the fifth hotel on my trip to Switzerland. It's two bus stops from the train station, but conveniently located right by the stop, so getting there wasn't an issue. The hotel clearly exudes a rich history and old-world charm, with its luxurious European-style decor. I had a bit of trouble initially finding the right entrance and the front desk within the building. I'd actually booked a city view room, but the front desk upgraded me to a stunning lake view room – seriously, you *must* book a lake view! The terrace views were absolutely breathtaking!! The room itself wasn't huge, but it did have air conditioning. The bathroom was a tad small, mainly due to a large, rather useless cabinet taking up unnecessary space.
GGuest UserThe hotel has a very cozy overall feel. The rooms aren't huge, but they're clean, and there's plenty of hot water. Breakfast was a highlight. It's close to Florence's main district, making it convenient for sightseeing, and the Ponte Vecchio isn't far either. Overall, a good experience!
PPENGThe pictures are all views from the window. See the beautiful scenery of Lake Lucerne. Because it is this, we evaluate 5 stars. The hotel is 4 stars in size and has the same facilities as the domestic express hotel. The room is quite large in Switzerland. The balcony is very nice to see the lake. It takes 8 or 9 minutes to get to the lake. There are more places to eat around, and the bus is still close. Go to the hotel to take the little cable car. The breakfast variety is too small, 30 Swiss francs a person, it is really cheaper, it is the simplest breakfast in the entire Swiss itinerary. The breakfast restaurant can see the lake, it is still good. The overall layout of the hotel is very good, people like it very much, the hotel service is also very good. Specifically, the hotel has a shuttle bus, saying that it can only be sent to the bus station from the hotel, and then take the bus to the train station. The driver actually sent us directly to the train station that day, touching. Lucerne is not big, the hotel location is OK, and it is convenient to go anywhere.
黄黄Hotel location is excellent, look at Lake Lucerne, breakfast is good, suitable for children but not extra bed, no parking. The attitude of the service staff is not bad, anyway, I will choose this one next time
GGuest UserWe booked three rooms for a family trip. After comparing for a long time, this is the most satisfactory hotel we have stayed in Switzerland. Although there are not many small rooms, it is very convenient to get in and out. It is near the train station and the hotel facilities are very new. If you like creative hotels, don't miss this one. The king-size bed room is very comfortable, and the toiletries are all L'Occitane, which is very good for people like me who pursue quality and have a relative cleanliness obsession. The key is that the children are very satisfied!
TTING TINGA few minutes walk from Lake Lucerne. The apartment is a two-story loft. One bed downstairs. Two beds upstairs. The bed is opposite the skylight. The apartment facilities are perfect. You can cook your own meals and have a small terrace. The small wine room is a simple color of wood and white. Overall the house is very satisfied, but there is a little dissatisfaction because the room was already set up without giving the apartment building password and room password in advance. I ca n’t go downstairs to hit the owner. The phone didn't work, and I was trapped downstairs twice before and after waiting for a resident in the building to open the door before we could get in. The service was not very good.
魔魔女三号babykikileeThe hotel is about 10 minutes away from the bus station and the railway station, so it is easy to find. The room booked can accommodate 4 people, but we only have 3 people. When filling in the information, we also fill in the information for 3 people. However, the city tax was charged for 4 people when the deduction was made. Fortunately, Ctrip's customer service communicated successfully with the refund. In addition, you should pay attention to the email sent when you check in. Check in on the email. The electronic version of the Lucerne City Transport Card will be sent to you by email almost 2 days before arrival. You can take the city bus for free, but in fact, no one checks the ticket. The key is also self-service, and the key box is at the door of the apartment. You need a password to get the key, but the hotel confirmation number sent by Ctrip is not a password, and you can't find the password when you look for the email. There is a talker next to the key box, you can press the button to find help. Just report the name and other information, the service staff tells you the password and you can get the key. You need to use the sensor card on the key to open the door and the elevator. The apartment booked was good, with three single beds, a sofa bed, balcony, kitchen, and toilet, but there were relatively few sockets. There is a supermarket next door downstairs, open from 8 to 18:00. The price is cheaper than the supermarket in the city. very convenient.
GGuest UserThe place is clean, there is a toilet and shower in the room, and there is free welcome drink. The facade is very similar to the hotel, very close to the train station, convenient for movement.
