Lucerne Hotels with Balcony

The location was very accessible to the city central, the promenade, eateries, supermarket (migros/ coop around 10-15 mins in the old town) ! The hotel owner was very kind, friendly and prompt in their replies! The hotel was so clean, equipment was up to date and new! Love the washing machine it was super easy to use and also convenient for us to wash clothes in the house. Room was spacious and the view was extremely beautiful especially for sunrise and sun set! It is great for a family up to 6 as there was 3 bed rooms! The room service person was also very kind!

Centrally located in Lucerne, right across from the lake, this historic hotel has hosted famous figures like Princess Sisi and Churchill. The hotel's elevator and staircase exude classical European luxury. Upon departure, the staff kindly presented us with exquisite chocolates. We're very much looking forward to returning for another vacation.

Air conditioning, air conditioning, and most importantly, air conditioning! With Switzerland experiencing a heatwave these past few days, a hotel with AC was an absolute lifesaver. The room was also very spacious, and the facilities were new and complete. The front desk staff were very nice, and the breakfast had a good variety and tasted delicious. It's also not far from Lucerne Station. Highly recommend!

Convenient transportation, the room is quite big, the kettle and coffee machine are in the corridor. Need to step into the bathtub to shower. The scenery outside the window is very good, the glass window is very soundproof, and the sound of the car on the road can not be heard (the sound insulation between the room and the room is not very good, you can hear the sound of the next door talking, showering; of course, it has to do with the quality of the guests living next door). Had a wonderful stay. We got a free upgrade and the room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Staff were friendly and attentive, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. Would definitely stay here again!

It's okay to stay overnight within 10 minutes walk from Lucerne Station. It's close. Good to carry a suitcase. It is a good place to leave your luggage before check-in. And on the first floor, we had a restaurant, and they gave us a restaurant coupon, and they didn't use it. There was no electric pot in the room. I think there was a coffee machine. When you go out, it's good to go to the Capel Bridge right in front of you. There is Starbucks next to it.

Lovely accommodation in an excellent location not far from lake (5 mins from lake swimming spot) and walkable from station. Well worth considering as an alternative to hotels.

I really like this hotel very much, first of all, I have a sense of design! Every detail has a small idea. Sitting by the bed and watching the city is the most relaxing moment these days. I feel like Xu Zhimo. The room was clean and the bath water was very large and comfortable, and it was direct drinking water. The water quality in the faucet was very good. The waiter is very friendly and the English is good! A direct road from the train station takes 7 or 8 minutes, it is recommended

Location: About a ten-minute walk to the station, or there's a bus stop just a 2-minute walk away with frequent buses that take you directly there in three stops – very convenient. It's also just a few minutes' walk to the Splosht Bridge and easy to walk to the lively Old Town. Service: The front desk staff were very friendly, and there were complimentary drinks in the lobby until 5 PM. Room: We stayed in a top-floor room with a balcony that offered a great view. However, there was no air conditioning, but they provided two fans and a kettle. The only downside was that the bed was quite poor and sagged a bit, which is a definite negative. Breakfast: We stayed for three days. On the first day, which was a Saturday, there was smoked salmon and melon, but these weren't available on the subsequent two days. Generally, there were scrambled eggs, various cold cuts and cheeses, bread, and a coffee machine where you could get a cappuccino. The female staff member at breakfast (wearing glasses) was particularly efficient, quietly doing a lot of work and very polite – she's a real asset. Overall, I'd give breakfast an 80%. Summary: Very good, exceeded expectations.
