4-Star Hotels in Lucerne

The hotel room and services were decent, but what really stood out was its location. As someone who relies on public transport, it was incredibly convenient. The hotel entrance is only about 100 meters from Platform 3 at the train station. When I traveled from Lucerne to Basel, I caught a train from Platform 3, and it was a breeze getting my 28-inch suitcase on board. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Lucerne.

The hotel is more than 500 years old and has a sense of history. The rooms are clean and spacious. The service is warm and welcoming. The restaurant is decorated in a European classical style with a warm flavor. The hotel is in a prime location, close to the river and a 10-minute walk from the train station, which is very convenient.

A few minutes walk from Lake Lucerne. The apartment is a two-story loft. One bed downstairs. Two beds upstairs. The bed is opposite the skylight. The apartment facilities are perfect. You can cook your own meals and have a small terrace. The small wine room is a simple color of wood and white. Overall the house is very satisfied, but there is a little dissatisfaction because the room was already set up without giving the apartment building password and room password in advance. I ca n’t go downstairs to hit the owner. The phone didn't work, and I was trapped downstairs twice before and after waiting for a resident in the building to open the door before we could get in. The service was not very good.

The hotel is conveniently located near Lucerne train station, just a 10-minute walk or a short tram ride away. It's also only a 10-minute walk to the famous Chapel Bridge. The hotel has a modern design, and the rooms are spacious. The only design flaw is that there's no door between the bathroom and the room – I wonder if all rooms have this layout? The bedding was very comfortable, and the breakfast offered a good variety. Definitely recommended!
