3-Star Hotels in Lucerne

Lovely hotel with everything you need and the staff were friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this hotel. The only downside is that it is on a busy and loud *****, so there is constant noise, especially if you open the window. But other than that, it’s a great hotel.

Hotel location is very good, we walked to Lucerne two hours in the morning, the balcony window is the spire of the church. Small, like a family hotel, the key is left in the envelope on the front desk, no staff provides other counselling services. The room did not have air conditioning, and I woke up in the middle of the night and found that there was a desktop fan. Overall, the price is not high, did not sleep well

Really was pleasantly surprised by how good this hotel was. Comfortable clean rooms, clean towels, comfortable beds and duvets, super friendly front desk, and really great location. A special mention of the quality breakfast spread which I look forward every morning. Strongly recommended.

Absolutely perfect service! The front desk staff were incredibly polite. We arrived early and left our luggage, and to our delight, when we returned, they had already placed our bags in our room. We really appreciate that! The room itself was spotless and well-equipped. Breakfast was delicious too. We had a wonderful day here and will definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit!

Отдельная благодарность менеджеру Bangin Salih за оперативную помощь с заселением и внимательное отношение к гостям. Было приятно чувствовать заботу и готовность помочь в любой ситуации. Очень порадовало качество постельного белья, а одеяло и подушки словно облако 💔 Чистота, сервис и особенно завтрак выше всех похвал 😍

Hotel was in a great location, room was clean and very nice, bed was comfortable, and view was nice. Our bathroom was across the hall from our bedroom-- which though a little strange --didn't cause us any issues as it was private and clean (and huge). The only critique I have would be about the self check-in. I understand the goals of having a streamlined check-in process, but we didn't recieve the email with instructions, and had no answer to an email of inquiry. It took me phoning the hotel's administration to get an answer, in which the woman was very helpful, but did take away some of our time in Lucerne. If there was a more straightforward process that did not involve using the machine at the front door, as well as having clearer instructions on checking out, the stay would have been perfect.

This is the smallest room I have ever lived in for many years! In addition to the bed, the small bar, and the toilet, the remaining space is enough to stand a few people. The left side of the bed is the wall, the right side is the window, there is no place to put the bedside table. Clean or clean. The old town is inch of land and gold. Walk to the train station for 10 minutes, as a transit place for one night, pass.

We traveled by renting a car in Switzerland We stayed at this accommodation in Lucerne for 2 nights, but the accommodation was very dark and uncomfortable The bathroom was very old-fashioned, and the elevator was narrow and uncomfortable I brought a shower filter and turned on the water, and the color of the filter changed right away. (I've been to many places in Europe, but this is the first time this has happened.) The parking lot was a bit far (3 minutes on foot) and there was no discount on parking. It was a bit expensive However, the location is very good, and I highly recommend it to those who are traveling by train for 1 or 2 nights (the place is very good for the price)

Location is very central in the old city part but warned that it's not acceptable​ with a car and the actual check-in happens in a nearby sister property. Wish we get this info in advance especially since we were with a car and was truly hectic getting to check-in. Room decent but don't expect much.

Even after arriving at the address, it was difficult to find the entrance to the accommodation. This was because there was no separate check-in counter. While I was fidgeting and parking out front, a staff member appeared and kindly helped me, but the room hadn't been cleaned, so I had to wait for about an hour. The sofa bed was usually installed at other accommodations, but here, I had to set it up myself, including the bedding. The room was also smaller than I expected, so the value wasn't great.
