TTarynLovely hotel with everything you need and the staff were friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this hotel. The only downside is that it is on a busy and loud *****, so there is constant noise, especially if you open the window. But other than that, it’s a great hotel.

黄黄Hotel location is excellent, look at Lake Lucerne, breakfast is good, suitable for children but not extra bed, no parking. The attitude of the service staff is not bad, anyway, I will choose this one next time

GGuest UserThe hotel is a typical old-fashioned hotel with antique decoration and a small elevator. The view of Lake Lucerne is just outside the room window. The breakfast is good. Parking is not very convenient. You cannot park at the door of the hotel. There is a social parking lot opposite that charges a fee (temporary parking is free). There are two hotel-specific parking spaces, but they are often not available. However, there is a public parking lot 300 meters away from the hotel. After checking in, the front desk will inform you of the parking lot location and enter the license plate information, and you can park for free.

GGuest UserHotel location is very good, we walked to Lucerne two hours in the morning, the balcony window is the spire of the church. Small, like a family hotel, the key is left in the envelope on the front desk, no staff provides other counselling services. The room did not have air conditioning, and I woke up in the middle of the night and found that there was a desktop fan. Overall, the price is not high, did not sleep well

WWithTravelWe traveled by renting a car in Switzerland We stayed at this accommodation in Lucerne for 2 nights, but the accommodation was very dark and uncomfortable The bathroom was very old-fashioned, and the elevator was narrow and uncomfortable I brought a shower filter and turned on the water, and the color of the filter changed right away. (I've been to many places in Europe, but this is the first time this has happened.) The parking lot was a bit far (3 minutes on foot) and there was no discount on parking. It was a bit expensive However, the location is very good, and I highly recommend it to those who are traveling by train for 1 or 2 nights (the place is very good for the price)

AAnonymous UserThe space is quite large and well-designed, without feeling cheap. The lighting is a bit dim, but that's common in Switzerland, and the lighting design here is actually quite good. Check-in and check-out are fully self-service, which works perfectly. The only downside is navigating a lot of stairs with luggage in the old town.

JJiyufeifeiThree stops from the train station, or a 20-minute walk. Breakfast is a self-service buffet with a good variety of options and tasty food. The downside is that the facilities are a bit old, possibly due to the location. The bathtub is quite vintage, and the light switches also have an old-fashioned feel, as do the bedside lamps. The bed is a bit old too, and the room has poor soundproofing. There was a tour group in the middle of the night, and one of the older women's voices was deafening. Given the economical price, sometimes you can accept these things when considering the value.

BBlueParkEven after arriving at the address, it was difficult to find the entrance to the accommodation. This was because there was no separate check-in counter. While I was fidgeting and parking out front, a staff member appeared and kindly helped me, but the room hadn't been cleaned, so I had to wait for about an hour. The sofa bed was usually installed at other accommodations, but here, I had to set it up myself, including the bedding. The room was also smaller than I expected, so the value wasn't great.

QQINYUANLocation is very central in the old city part but warned that it's not acceptable with a car and the actual check-in happens in a nearby sister property. Wish we get this info in advance especially since we were with a car and was truly hectic getting to check-in. Room decent but don't expect much.
