North Walk House

We had the absolute pleasure of staying here at the end of May on our first ever trip to England. We first met our host Sam, and he helped us magically carry two extremely heavy suitcases on his own up a steep flight of stairs. He couldn’t have been more welcoming and helpful. Our room was absolutely beautiful and very cosy and the bed was comfortable. The view can’t be described unless you experience it yourself… Breathtaking! Annie was equally charming when we met her the next morning and she served us our wonderful breakfast. This young couple will go far because they are natural hosts and make you feel like you’re family. They even make their own line of jewellery from pieces of sea glass. I bought one for a sweet memory of our amazing visit here. I really hope it’s in the cards for us to come back someday because treasure our visit. The location to a beautiful walk through the Valley of Rocks is unbeatable! Please go here if you can!!

Really lovely B&B, very helpful and friendly hosts. Room was lovely - the view from the room was lovely (room 3) - slight shame you can't use the sofa while looking out of the window, but assume the room size/shape doesn't allow or it would have been set up like that. We were able to check in early which was helpful. Breakfast was lovely, and I like the fact we could use the paper method to tick what we wanted so there was less waste. We would definitely stay again and would highly recommend this B&B.

We had a lovely stay for one night. Annie and Sam were really friendly, welcoming and helpful. The room was beautiful and very clean, stunning views, excellent location, breakfast was delicious. The setting is really peaceful and relaxing. Would highly recommend and we'll be returning. Thanks for a lovely stay.

North Walk House has a great location on the cliff edge and a short walk to the town. The accommodation was old-style but comfortable , the breakfast was top class and the service friendly , the Wi Fi worked and al that was needed in Lynton. Parking was limited but workable.

Sam and Annie do the most incredible job of running this wonderful bed and breakfast in the heart of Lynton and are the loveliest people. Our room was absolutely perfect in every way. Everything has been thought of to make our stay the best ever. Lots of brilliant recommendations for places to visit and eat, which we found very helpful. The views are incredible. We could see all the way to Wales. Breakfast was amazing, with even more of those incredible views. Thank you so much for a fantastic weekend. We will definitely be back. Keep up the great work.
