The staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating, the hotel itself was clean and tastefully decorated, and I had quite possibly the best cocktails of my life at their bar. Very well located with the train just in front of the property that can take you anywhere you need to go, and is only a few stops away from the central station to catch your train out of the city. Also dog friendly! Highly recommend.

Because the business trip is in the area of Lyon, I chose this hotel (similar to Home Inn). The hotel room is small, there are no toiletries, no bottled water, no kettle. One way is to go out and buy a bottle of water yourself, or ask the front desk for a bottle of water, you can give a small bottle. The advantage is that breakfast is OK. You can see the subway line B platform in 5 minutes on the right. (Note that the subway station house is not eye-catching, sinking entrance and exit). Line B runs through Lyon City, where the train station is a station and the train station is the location of a large shopping center. There is no direct subway to the airport, and you need to change the airport express line at the train station.
