Boscolo Lyon Hotel & Spa
"The location is great, but there's road construction in front, making it a bit chaotic. Taxis are also hard to find. The sinks weren't working; I called twice, but thankfully there were two sinks. The most unbelievable thing was calling a taxi to Gare de Lyon Perrache. I showed the attendant my train ticket and gave him my room number 608. He said he'd be there in two minutes, only 7-8 minutes. The car arrived, and the attendant told the driver, but ten minutes passed and he still hadn't arrived. I asked the driver, and he said it would take another ten minutes. I asked where he'd gone. His English was okay at first, then he said he'd be there soon. Five minutes later, he said he'd be there in two minutes. I checked Google Maps, and it said it would take another 20 minutes. The driver took me to another train station, saying the hotel staff had sent him there! He even offered to take me back to the hotel to verify my identity. My train was delayed. When we got to the train station, he wouldn't let me get off, called his friend, and we argued. I paid €28 for a €10 taxi ride. Catching my train was the priority. Please contact the hotel through Ctrip to complain."
InterContinental Hotels LYON - HOTEL DIEU by IHG
"Very good. They will help guests park. The front desk also explained the history of the hotel building to us. The location is very good. The service is very warm. The room is also very large and new. The breakfast is delicious. Coffee and tea are also provided."
Sofitel Lyon Bellecour
"I had an amazing stay at the hotel. I haven't seen this level of professionalism and kindness from staff at many other prestigious hotels. The rooms were spacious, the breakfast was excellent, and the service from the staff especially the receptionists, Anna and the other lovely ladies was extraordinary 👍🏼👍🏼"
Hôtel le Royal Lyon - MGallery
"The room is spacious, close to the subway station, and the lobby is decorated with unique features"
Grand Hotel des Terreaux
"The property is very nice and centrally located. There's a huge parking lot nearby, which is very convenient for leaving the car. The breakfast offers a great variety of choices."
Nemea Appart Hotel So Cloud Lyon Gare Part-Dieu
"Nice stay, recommend"
Fourvière Hôtel
"The hotel s great, although it s located at the mount but it s close to 2 monuments, and it s easy to walk down the hill daily for all others attraction. The outdoor swimming pool s small but warm enough for a dip during May."
Novotel Lyon Gerland
"The hotel was easily accessible from the highway. We were traveling to the south of France. The neighborhood wasn't ideal for walking. The pool was a welcome relief after a 900 km drive."
Crowne Plaza LYON - CITE INTERNATIONALE by IHG
"The room is very quiet and the Rhone River is outside the window, but you need to bring your own slippers, toothbrush and toothpaste. The breakfast variety is quite rich and the restaurant staff are very enthusiastic. The only downside was that the drinking water in the room tasted a bit strange and the water package supplied the next day had stains on the outside. Also, the deposit refund is slow."
Hotel Carlton Lyon - MGallery Hotel Collection
"Very nice hotel, ideally located, right in the center of Lyon, valet parking, very good and private spa, excellent breakfast... very good"
Hôtel Lyon Métropole
"Perfect! Lovely hotel... Clean with a welcoming staff!"
Keystone Hôtel & Spa
"Still quite satisfied,"
Hôtel Mercure Lyon Centre Château Perrache
Historic hotel near Lyon Perrache railway station, with easy access to metro and tram lines for exploring the Old Town, riverside paths, and local eateries.
Séjours & Affaires Lyon Park Lane
"Very good place, very close to the subway station. Apartment-style hotel, the room is large and the stay is very comfortable. The view from the balcony outside is also very good. The front desk is also very helpful. If you like to prepare food by yourself, this hotel has very convenient kitchen utensils"
Hôtel Silky by HappyCulture
"It was nice because it was close to the station. I was satisfied because the room was clean. I plan to visit again next time I come to Dijon. The price is reasonable too."
Campanile PRIME - Lyon Centre - Gare Perrache
"A small hotel right next to Perrache Station. Getting there is easy, via metro, tram, or train. It's a 3-4-minute walk from the stop to the hotel, but check the map carefully to avoid getting lost, as it's a train station with multiple exits. There are a couple of cafes near the hotel. One is crowded with young people, while the other is more mature and serves French cuisine. The hotel is dated, with the design likely at least 20 years old. The corridors on the floors with rooms are cramped. The room is small, essentially a table and a bed—okay for a night or two, but I wouldn't recommend it for longer, as it's a bit cramped. The shower in the bathroom is also tiny; I can't imagine how a large person could wash in there. Breakfast is served until 10 a.m., a modest buffet: 3-4 hot appetizers to choose from—omelette, fried bacon, vegetables; cheese and cold meats, some pastries. But overall, it's a decent breakfast. The staff speak English and are friendly. Overall, it's decent for the price of 120-130 euros, but nothing special. The location is great, the room is okay, but the hotel itself is a bit dated."
