Water was not provided, but there’s a kitchen with appliances available if you’d like to cook, and there’s also a supermarket nearby. The amenities felt a little old, and the room was slightly stuffy despite having air conditioning. The hallway is scary without lights 😦"

"its far from the metro. when u walk there all hot and sweaty the room aircon is 30 over degree. sleeping in a coffin like room with most air circulation. people have no where to hang their cloths they just throw all over the room. went down to tell the staff its too hot, the staff say there are heatwave, economical reason they cannot reduce the aircon lower. then there are these rod infront of the bed where serve no purpose other than making it very difficult to climb in and out. Plus the locker is metal, people banging when taking things in and out. The whole night in a hot and stuffy, smelly and noisy coffin bed. i booked 2 night and wanted to cancel the 2nd night, they refuse. I left anyway. Save yourself the hassle, spend a few dollars more and get a better place to rest"

"The hotel is located in the Old Town. When I initially booked it, a platform oversight meant I didn't get a detailed understanding of the room types. I was shocked that a 5-star hotel would have rooms resembling Hong Kong's 'coffin homes.' I had booked for two nights but ended up fleeing after just one. The person who checked me in on the first day suggested we could leave (without explicitly stating that the second night's booking couldn't be canceled). When I actually checked out the next day, a different staff member said I couldn't get a refund, claiming the previous night's receptionist didn't have the authority. It was really frustrating 😓; they just pushed the blame onto temporary staff. This whole experience has taught us a lesson: always remember to keep proof in the future."

"A very old and beautiful monastery-turned hotel on Fourvière Hill. The castle is large in scale, and the beautiful garden lawn surrounds the ancient building. Although the exterior wall has been renovated, you can still feel the atmosphere of the ancient times. The hotel lobby is beautiful, the high vaults and exquisite strokes of the church feel a bit dreamy, and the hotel is full of beautiful modern sculptures, combining ancient and modern art in an ancient building. The interior atrium is very beautiful, and the rooms are also great, spacious and comfortable, which is relatively rare in castle hotels. The best thing is that there is an elevator, which is too rare in castle hotels! The location is very good. Although it is very quiet on the mountain, it is not far from Notre Dame, the ancient theater, and the cathedral. Go down the road, through the narrow and long downhill steps, and you will suddenly arrive at the most lively place in the old city of Lyon."

"Honestly, the location and cleanliness were excellent. While sightseeing, my accommodation was right in front of me, so I used the bathroom right there. There was a water purifier and a free coffee machine, so I didn't have to buy bottled water or go to cafes, which saved me money and was great. The elevator is small and the room is tiny, but it was big enough to open two suitcases, and most importantly, it was very clean. There was also an air conditioner, so it was nice and cool. There are lots of good restaurants nearby, so I highly recommend it."
