The room is OK, the transportation is very convenient. The restaurant on the first floor is very good, the food is good and the atmosphere is good.

We had a pleasant stay ! The hotel was top notch! I will make reservations via trip again, nevertheless trip had indicated check up from 2 p.m. and we were able to get the room only at 3 p.m. (but the very nice staff offered to keep our things so that we could go walk around despite this setback)

When you go out and turn right, you will find the Rhone River. Wild swans and pairs of mandarin ducks can be seen everywhere in the river. The water quality is very good. There is a tree-lined road on the right side of the road, which is very suitable for friends who like to run.

I had a great stay, and will definitely be back! The staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating, the hotel itself was clean and tastefully decorated, and I had quite possibly the best cocktails of my life at their bar. Very well located with the train just in front of the property that can take you anywhere you need to go, and is only a few stops away from the central station to catch your train out of the city. Also dog friendly! Highly recommend.

There is nothing in the room. You need to bring your own slippers, toothbrush, toothpaste, and towels. The location is a bit strange. I left early the next morning and wanted to ask the hotel if they could pack bread. The attitude of the guy at the front desk was rather perfunctory. It was not my business and I had no idea. The advance payment was forcibly deducted and has not been returned yet. I am so scared!

Checked in at midnight, the black guy at the front desk was not very skilled, and it took about 10 minutes to complete the process. The guy couldn't express himself fluently in English, and said a bunch of things, ”You need to pay in currency, because you will stay for 3 days, to prevent you from taking things from the hotel, you need to prepay 150 euros by credit card” The hotel facilities are good overall. The only thing is that the bathroom doesn't even have a door, and the bathroom floor is very slippery. The transportation is very convenient, there is a tram downstairs.

I was very impressed with the quality of this hotel. The furnishings, bedding, room amenities, the bathroom, even speciality tea choices in the lobby, which you can take to your room and water bottles also to take away. The staff went above and beyond as well. A great place to stay when I’m next in Lyon!

Минусы: в номере не хватало свежего воздуха и прохлады, вид из окон во внутренний двор-колодец, окна очень ветхие, старинные. Несмотря на то, что отель для некурящих, по вечерам в окно шёл сигаретный дым, что неприятно. В нашем номере не было кондиционера, стоял большой вентилятор. При заселении требуется залог 100€ (или данные кредитной карты), который возвращается при отъезде (если ничего не сломать, хах).
