AAnonymous UserThe three reception staff were extremely kind and welcoming, which really made a difference. The location is perfect — directly in front of the train station. Despite that, the hotel is very quiet. The room was spacious, comfortable, and pleasant. Would definitely recommend.

AAnonymous UserAccessibility and Location: It's within walking distance to T1. Conveniently located in close proximity to fantastic bars and cafes. Cleanliness: The room felt a bit dated. It was tidy but the bathroom could have been cleaner. Comfort: Large rooms, comfortable beddings. Service: Staff were approachable. However, some were disapppointing at times when you were met with ”I don't know” instead of ”let me find out” for simple matters such as laundry service.

GGuest UserOverall, I was extremely satisfied with the hotel. In particular, I think its location is probably the best you can get in Lyon for a short stay. I also believe it was a very good choice in terms of price-performance. Of course, you can pay much higher rates to stay at more luxurious hotels, but this one more than meets all the essential needs. The welcome was always warm and friendly. The hotel entrance was very beautiful. The room and bathroom were spotless, and the bed was also excellent and perfectly clean. I also truly appreciated the hotel’s commitment to reducing plastic use and protecting the environment. It meant a lot to me and made me really happy to see this. I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

GGuest UserA great stay overall! The location is excellent, surrounded by a good variety of restaurants — perfect for exploring the area. The room came with a handy kitchenette and a free vending coffee machine with a decent selection, which was a nice touch. The only downside was one of the lifts being out of service, which could cause a bit of a wait during busy times. But aside from that minor inconvenience, everything else was solid. Would recommend

GGuest UserThe location is OK, next to the transportation hub of Perrache. It takes about five minutes from getting off the subway to walking into the hotel. It's not bad if you have big luggage to carry, as you don't have to walk much in the subway station. The hotel itself, as others have said, is nothing. But it is also possible to turn the cost savings into more favorable housing prices. There is no resteraunt in the hotel itself, but there is a restaurant next door. Next to him is the greet hotel, a competitor Lyon itself is not very big, it feels like a third-tier city in China, so it is still very convenient to live here. Breakfast was OK

GGuest UserA wonderful stay. The hotel is within 15 walking distance from the Lyon station and also close to the nearby Westfield mall. There are a few good eating places nearby. There isn't much room service or amenities just the basic, no phone in the room. A small kitchenette for ease. The staff at reception is very welcoming. A special thanks to INGRID for all her support and kindness. She was a STAR 🌟. I recommend the hotel for short stays or a stay with no frills.

AAnonymous UserConveniently located right next to the metro station. Staff that helped us check in was nice. There is a passcode to enter pass 8:30 pm. One bad thing about the hotel is there is no housekeeping to make the room and we were not make aware of that by the staff, but we were staying only for 2 nights maybe that’s why. One other thing was that sound proofing was not the best (i could hear people opening and closing doors and cars driving by) but this did not affect my stay much.
