We have booked a stay in Pier Uno hotel for 30th April. So far I have not yet received the info on diving. I have requested a number of times over email and WhatsApp. The hotel Expects us to go there without having information on prices of diving packages. This is all very suspicious , that we can’t get information online and the hotel reservations department won’t give us the prices of for diving not confirm if we are booked for diving during our stay. We booked yesterday , now we want to cancel, and reservations department claims that our booking is actually a payment not refundable , when it was only a booking. Be careful , this is all highly suspicious. I hope we get a refund of the very high price paid , when we don’t even know what’s included.

My family had a blast from our stay last week. We tried diving with dive master salbe and sir abong. A full board meal is included in the room package :) The staff are really nice, approachable and friendly.Ms. Janneth is also very patient with our questions and really accommodating. A good place for your pets to stay too! However, you need to bring cash with you. We really hope that they could have a card terminal on our next visit, it would also be convenient for foreigners and balikbayans :)
