The Reef House Adults Retreat

Upon arrival my partner and I were greeted warmly and with open-hearted sincerity. Our allocated room was a king room with balcony with kitchen amenities, a double bathroom, ample and comfortable seating both indoors and out on the balcony. The bed was soft and spacious, the pillows ample. It became our home away from home for two weeks...and our refuge. The choice of pools added to our options and our daily delight. The complimentary meals were without doubt delicious and the spa massage, cocktail making lesson and wine tasting which came gratis with the package we chose were both unexpected and truly appreciated. The included breakfasts were substantial though due to the length of our stay a change in the menu would have been welcomed. Unfortunately there were days when the bread was stale and virtually inedible. Some days it was perfect. A small but not insignificant detail which might be addressed. The staff across the board were a wonderful presence at the Reef House...helpful, personable and attentive. It was great to see such cultural diversity and to have the opportunity to get to know something about the background of each. Though certainly not a cheap holiday it was certainly one which we'll remember with fondness and will recommend to others.

We stayed here over the Easter break and the location is incredible. Upon checking in we were greeted with a smile and down if the inclusions. The property has a truly relaxed, tropical feel with an undeniable touch of luxury. The pools were absolutely exceptional — beautifully maintained, inviting, and, best of all, adults-only. It made for an incredibly peaceful atmosphere that’s rare to find. The service was friendly and professional, and the overall ambience of the hotel was serene and charming. However, guests should be aware of the rather exuberant 15% surcharge that applies on public holidays. It did feel steep and is something to factor in when booking your stay. That said, the overall experience was fantastic. The Reef House delivers a uniquely tranquil escape, perfect for couples or anyone wanting a quiet, upscale retreat. We would definitely return — just maybe a little more mindful of the dates next time!

We loved our short stay at the Reef House. From the fresh sorbet delivered poolside to the tasty canapés. We enjoyed the warm mineral pool and spa the best. The Dinner menu had an excellent selection of food and we were sorry we missed desert (too full! lol) . Our room had the comfiest bed and we both had our best sleep ever ! We hope to come back one day.

My wife and I celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary and we have nothing but good things to say about the staff they were amazing. The food excellent no complaints at all totally enjoyed everything the room and premises was awesome will definitely be returning thankyou for making our week so special.

10/10 … would definitely recommend the reef house. Can’t wait to go back. From the moment we arrived until we departed the staff were incredible, attentive and always trying to go the extra mile for us. Always asking if there is anything we needed or help planning our day. The accommodation was amazing, both pools, bar, restaurant and rooms were incredibly clean and comfortable. Everyone from front of house to maintenance staff are friendly and just make the place so easy going and relaxing. Cocktail and wine classes are good fun. Our only regret was not staying there longer.

Amazing, relaxing escape in paradise. Beautiful hospitality. Friendly staff always willing to do the extra to help. Would highly recommend this for a relaxing getaway with the Inclusions allowing you to truly switch off and relax. The al la carte breakfast was exceptional and the restaurant dining even better. We will definitely be back.
