Very nice hotel with great service … girl at the counter brought us to our room after checking in and introduced to us about the hotel and room facilities… the cleaner for the rooms is helpful too…

The hotel is family friendly. I was with my 6-month-old baby and the hotel offered baby crib and stroller for us. We also got some baby bath items.
We booed the Celebrity Tower but then the indoor swimming pool is for guests who stay in Star Tower only. We did not know about that. I did not know we can choose to stay in which tower, I only chose the room.
We got to try the indoor pool at the end because the outdoor pool was closed due to maintenance. We visited in February, it’s still not very warm so we were happy we got to use the indoor pool.

Convenient location in Macau, decent rooms and amenities. Check in takes far too long if you arrive between 2-4pm.

Thank you for the wonderful and friendly service. Although there is indeed a long wait for check in but it’s going to happen to all the popular hotel in Macau. Our kids enjoyed the facilities as usual !

Very pleased with our anniversary stay at the hotel. Had a wonderful view from our hotel room overlooking the Parisian. Hotel staff were friendly and would also like to give a special shout-out to the shuttle service offered to/fro the city/ferry terminal and the staff involved. Would probably missed our ferry back if not for them. Phew!

Good experience overall. The staff was great. However, the check in process was not up to standard. I arrived at 3pm. There was a very long line for check in. I was advised to return in an hour, which I did. At which point I was told that the room wasn’t ready and I should return at 5pm. I did not accept, of course, and they “found” a room. That is not a 5* service considering people come tired and/or have other plans. Perhaps the check-in system should be improved to be done quicker and cater to more customers at once.

This is the first time we stayed this hotel and I asked if the hotel can offer us a better city view.
The hotel people was so kind to upgrade us to a high floor and the city view was great and beautiful.
The hotel has lot of restaurants to choose , standard and high price restaurants which was good for customer to choose .
The hotel room has provide free drinks and snacks for customer which is good in case people feel hungry in the early morning or night. And the only small issue was the bath tub was so slippy and need to place a small met inside the bath tub, otherwise , elder people would easy to fall down and the handle was too low in position to catch when showering .
